Had my car in the shop with K&C Auto Collision and we had damage on the car from a hit and run. Chris was amazing, answered all my calls and questions never once did I have to worry what was happening. He sent me pictures via text message and always informed me what was going on with the insurance and my car. I got my car back looking amazing he and his staff even washed my car and never once did it leave his auto shop. I love this place and the way Chris was able to work with me on payment too.

We finally received our car and noticed they had been staying in it or driving it. There was a women's ring, shampoo and conditioner travel size bottles left in it. We noticed a few discrepancies in the vehicle. Our mileage was in accurate for the length of time they had it and when we took it in. With this service I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this company. Work was to be done in 8 days, they took our money to start the work and three months later, still no car. We keep getting the run around. Contacting the better business bureau. It’s nice to see they worked with others on a payment schedule, wouldn’t consider it with our family.

I thank kris and the rest of the KC team for the Beautiful job they did on my 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood! The. Paint job was above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they do a great job, they also kept me updated on the progress and made me feel comfortable knowing my car was being worked on in a timely manner. The presentation when they delivered the finished product was also a nice experience. I would recomend KC Autobody to not only my friends and family but to anyone looking to paint there viehicle wether it be a fender bender or full on custom paint job this is the shop to bring it to. Wow! Great work!! I took my BMW to Kris to fix a lot of sun damage on the paint. The hood and bumper was badly damaged and he went to work and delivered not once, but twice! Let me explain.. Upon completion of the hood and bumper, my car looked fantastic in the front of the car and my original paint in the back so I immediately decided to paint and gloss the rest of the car. Kris took the car back and started working on the new request. Not only did he do an amazing paint job, but he also worked very diligently to take out all dings from my car. He worked with me and met all demands. His communication during the process was superb! He always sent me pictures of progress on the car and explained everything along the way. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, sent my car to kris July 23, 2024. Tried to be patient with his work, tried staying in contact, often times he did not answer. After a whole month I asked if I could see my car 9/3/24 I was finally able to see my car asked how long more it will be because I need my car back he said "the job is only worth a day so by the end of this week it should be ready" well he totally ghosted me turned off his phone completely. he was paid by insurance 3 days after receiving my car btw. so I finally took matters into my own hands and popped up at his shop and took my car back. My car was sitting at the shop with the keys in the ignition switch STILL in the same condition I saw the week prior, also, I gave him my car with a full tank & when I got it back with. Quarter tank. so here I am having to get my car fixed at another shop and having to pay out of pocket. DO NOT RECOMMEND
