These guys always take good care of me. They know my face!🤪 I have bought used and new tires there. I have sent family and friends to them. I highly recommend them because they won't let you leave with junk! I went to another place across town and paid new prices for a tire that was warped. KC Tire group brought that to my attention and immediately showed me a new tire that was in their inventory. They are fast and efficient. I am a loyal customer! I went to get a tire fixed and they told me that the previous place didn’t patch it correctly and they would get it fixed I trusted them and let them patch it. I left and not even an hour later my tire was leaking worst than before. I went back the same day and they stated they should have put in a patch plug and they would get it done. They came back and said that the hole was too big which was put in by them doing the different patches and methods and I needed a new tire. I was not offered a refund of the $30 I spent for them to fix it but only made it worst nor offered any type of resolution other than we can order you a new tire and have it in two days and we can put your spare on for you. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received here! I wasted my money and they took it gladly but never resolved the issue only made it worst.

Not only did they take their time to check every tire but, they explained what was going on with my car as to why it shaked when I got over a certain speed. Be very careful going to this place as they dont know proper torque specs. Had them mount and balance some 285/55/20 for my duramax they installed them on the rear of my truck and wheni went to do the brakes today 9/22 1 of my lug nuts snapped.

DO NOT TRUST THEM After I purchased two tires here at KC Tire Group and had them installed I noticed that my wheels were really scratched up. I went back the next day after I noticed the damages just to see what my options were. I was hoping they would take responsibility for their poor work, but sadly they did not. All I was met with was hostility from the big guy in the office and the tech kept asking me if I knew how tire installation machines worked. I'm honestly not even sure if he did. On top of all of this, they sold me a tire that had definitely made contact with a curb in its life. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This place is an absolute sham. Went to get a plug for a slow leak, lady tried to upsell me to a patch. Told her only needed a plug, but that was her MO... Every customer she spoke with in the store,she was upselling and instilling fear. Plug didn't last two days, and when I went to get it properly fixed, they were closed for a week for the 4th of July. Got back, and the lady started in on me saying she told me to get a patch, and when I told her in my 50 years on this earth 34 of those driving, I've never had a plug that didn't last the life of the tire. This lasted two days. She told me in not somaky words that I was an idiot and that I should've went with the more expensive patch. She refused to stand by her work, told me I could take my business elsewhere and refused a refund and justified being off for a week for the 4th. Not a great experience. No customer service and horrible plug work. I believe the shoddybwork is intentional to up sell. Feel bad for the guy they sold those new tires to. He was set up for failure. And, they just air the tire up.. they didn't check the air pressure, it's rated at 33, they inflated to 43. Not great unless you have no other choice. Hope your luck isn't that bad.

Please be careful when you go there “! I have selected this shop to support small businesses and I am Raytown local so wanted to support my cities business .They do not give you the estimate of work before doing the job. I went there for a patch work and my stem was broken. They took my tire to inspect and give an estimate. Lady told me $5 dolar for rubber stem and never told anything about the patch. I thought that would be 5-10 dolar job since some tire shops does that for free of charge. They charged me $35 total and I told her brand new tire is $49 bucks at Walmart. She just told it is what it is. Never going back and never sending my friends and I am warning anybody that wants to go there. My first and last time!!!!

💫Had an emergency on Saturday. A nail needing patched on my semi tires (22.5 wheels). Kevin and the techs were awesome and went out of their way to take care of me.
