Watch for hidden fees. Received a quote, after they reached out to see if I needed work (starting to make sense as to why). The quote included $500 for brakes and rotors on a 20 yr old car, which I pointed out as a 3X markup, and gave several quotes for the same or better parts. They try to justify this by saying that it's part of a warranty service, which was never mentioned, meaning I would never be able to use it. I have no need for a warranty service to fix things if I'm on the side of the road as they kept saying, as I have things like insurance and roadside assistance. If you're going to include services, don't hide them and try to pass them off as parts costs. I have not had this issue at other shops, despite what they try to tell you is "standard". Seems kind of predatory, just a heads up. Do your due diligence, the need for which isn't exactly a great indication of trustworthy, transparent service. I've had them do work in the past when I needed my car towed to a shop, and they did okay. Now, I kind of feel like they are trying to recoup their losses in running the electric scooters business by adding it into parts/hidden fees. I know they lost this business as they were complaining about it when I picked up my car last time.

I got my truck back after residing to have a used transmission installed. The first one didn’t work. The second one worked great. They just had some engine bugs to work out. My 2007 Explorer sport trac runs better than it did when I bought it.
