Kevin was fantastic and I highly recommend using him for glass repairs. My windshield was cracked during AZ construction. I called him on a Saturday afternoon. He got my insurance on the phone, I answered a few questions over the phone, and by Monday at noon my windshield was replaced. There was no hassle and Kevin handled everything for me. Excellent Service! K and R Auto glass - Mario was so communicative and prompt with any changes. For example the window was coming from a few hours away and did not arrive to the warehouse in time for the technician. He immediately reached out apologetic and open to scheduling to accommodate me and the change. The day the Kevin (technician) was scheduled he arrived promptly and communicated via text! He was kind and personable and so quick in working to get the glass repaired and I was SO impressed they had the calibration company on site ready to do the 2nd step so the timeline was streamlined and I(customer) didn’t have to wait for a 2nd party to arrive and take more time out of my day! Education was provided on care and the glass was cleaned and no mess in vehicle or driveway! Woukd definitely recommend even if not covered by your insurance company
