I went into the shop thinking it was going to be a simple oil change. Little did I know that the Audi dealership in Elk Grove screwed me over. As the crew was changing my oil they noticed a plate and two screws floating around. The owner himself (Kellen) had asked if I had some work done to it recently. I sat there and explained the situation to him that the Audi dealership themselves replaced some parts for me around Christmas time and he informed me they didn’t put some parts back together but I was lucky enough to still have the bolts and the plate. He simply fixed it for me without charging me extra. 10/10 would go back for any problems my car may have in the future. Thanks for caring for me and my safety!

I was blown away at her confidence when she said the light will be replaced in 20 minutes.
