We have had work done on our Subaru and Toyota and they have done an amazing job! They were quick to get us in and I got my car back same day! They replaced my ball joints, control arms, stabilizer bar and links, and my transmission valve. My car is running great! They also replaced my husband’s transmission in his Toyota 4Runner. We highly recommend Karfix!!

Appreciated the informative diagnostics and appreciated they had a mechanic go in my car with me and figure out the problem together. Although would not recommend to most people as the prices are way higher for the same replacement/repair and the people there will try to make a buck on you as they are salesman at the front door not mechanics. When I went in there I was told I likely had a engine issue and they needed to diagnose it by looking at how often my engine burns oil and if it burns too much then I might need to get the engine replaced, he then told me to get a premium oil change done with extra additives in it to make it less likely to burn as much oil making it less likely to spot a problem with my engine which is just idiotic and likely only did it for a quick commission bonus instead of just trying to help me. Also I had to replace a tie rod and they gave me a price of 500 which is way to high, I said no thanks and went to muffler man for less than 200. The "better" customer service you get is way to expensive for most people, just go to a mechanic with lower overhead like the Holland muffler man if you need a good mechanic for a quick fix without the salesman hassling you.

I want to take a minute to thank these guys. I was on my way to Wisconsin with 6 of our kiddos. Over an hour into the drive my vehicle started to feel like something was going to fly off. I called 5 other places and Kar Fix was the only shop that could get me in such short notice and over a holiday week. The damage toy vehicle has made it extremely unsafe to drive. The guys working were so kind and patient with me and our 6 kiddos during the 4 hours we were there. They got our vehicle up and running to make it back home safely, as there were no rental cars available in the area either. Thank you so much to each of you who showed us such kindness during a difficult time and over the holiday season. I would highly recommend Kar Fix in Holland for the customer service alone!! You were such a needed blessing. Thank you!

To all the ladies of Holland, this review is for you! I can't speak highly enough about the team at Karfix, from the owner Aaron, to the service advisor Daron, to the car techs (Joe, Alex) -- this team literally saved my car (and my sanity lol). I moved to Holland from out of state with my BMW. I admit, I'm that typical female driver who knows practically nothing about cars other than how to drive one (LOL). So when your car has issues, you know you're uber vulnerable and have to depend on the honesty/credibility of the car fixing experts. There's no need to search any further for an auto repair shop if you live in the Holland/W. Michigan area! This team is so helpful, honest, capable, kind and professional. My BMW literally stopped driving on my way to Karfix on a super snowy day. My insurance company and I could not find a tow truck to help but the team at Karfix did! They went above and beyond, picking me up from the location my car stalled to my rental, arranged the tow truck, repaired my BMW in record time at a great price, and now my BMW is driving like new! Thank you Karfix!

I went here for my first time for my oil change and the staff is great! They showed me photos of my full inspection and also “recommended” what I will need next, without trying to sell me anything!
