Rich the manager is a joke, he states that he upcharged me because they had to jack my car up, and couldn’t use the hoist. $160 for 2 tires mounted and balanced when other places charge $25 a tire and don’t charge for labor cause it takes 5 minutes. It took them 2 hours to change 2 tires. This the worst customer service I have ever dealt with given the fact that they brought me in on New Year’s Eve, buts that’s the only exception. But I’m not done yet… After getting my invoice from the service I got into my car and my dash was all changed around to check my oil life, why? Why are they doing an inspection on my car if all they claimed to do was 2 tires? I wish I would have checked these reviews before I came to Karfix. They do the exact opposite, now my brakes messed up I pulled out of the parking lot and the all of the sudden my brake pedal went all the way to the floor so I when I got home (safely) my fiancé called them to question them and Logan answered the call and stated that they didn’t touch the brakes, then why are they messed up and why did it take 2 hours to change 2 tires? Especially when all they had to do was use a jack instead of a lift… So I asked to speak to a manager and he (Rich) is very defensive and can’t keep his story straight with us, first it was on the lift, then it wasn’t on the lift cause it was too low, then it was a pain in the butt because it was low… the guy couldn’t keep his story straight. I recommend steering clear of this place because you will end up leaving with more problems than you have and you will be talking to them and only getting excuses about why your car is messed up more that when it arrived. Thanks for nothing Rich 🤑

Do not go here if you are in any way, shape, or form lowered. They will gladly up charge you to $80 per tire to mount and balance because you are lowered and “it is a pain in the ass to work on” when other places will happily do it for $25 per tire they have to mount and balance. Furthermore, brakes should still work perfectly fine when they weren’t touch but when called and asked about, they’ll change their stories between Logan a tech I am assuming and Rich the manager. One moment it wasn’t on no lift, the next it was on just a jack, next that’s all that was done with it, next it’s the car was scanned because of known lights on the dashboard. What’s the next story they’ll comment?
