Today was our first time using Kars and we will definitely be coming back for all our future car needs! I called this morning and asked about getting my check engine light diagnosed and Kars helped to get my car in first thing, they even were able to give me a ride back home since it was a last minute decision to drop it off so soon. By the end of the day they had my car completely diagnosed and fixed at a reasonable price plus did an add on service of an oil change! They even offered me a ride back to pick it up if I needed. Not only was the service phenomenal but the staff are all very kind and caring. Everyone was very friendly and truly seemed to care about my situation and assisting in anyway they could knowing my family relies on our car daily! I can't thank them all enough for their kind, caring, fast, and reliable service!

Went to KARS for my annual car inspection. Being the senior citizen that I am, I hadn't put my new cards in my wallet when I received them because I was sick and forgot all about them. They were so understanding and I went back home to get my new cards. They then got my car inspection, oil change, emissions, filter and lube plus put in new oil and air filters in a timely manner. I was so thankful for their understanding and kindness to this senior citizen!

Had a misfire on a 2017 Pacifica which required the intake manifold to be removed to diagnose. Very labor intensive job. Tom at KARS advised every step of the way what they were doing and in the end got it repaired at a reasonable price.
