Kurt screwed me out of $800 on my pick up for new brakes on the front when I didn’t even take it in there for breaks. I took it in there to see if the sway bar bushings were loose or needed replaced next thing I know he’s putting new brakes on it senator at 3000 or 4000 mm which is fine and then he had to put a new brake line on it because He broke one he never even checked this swaybar cost me over $800. I’ll never take anything back to that jerk Tim Maroney. and the man doesn’t even know that Ford antifreeze is supposed to smell like fish not very knowledgeable

Unprofessional Can not trust what this man says, Can not get a clear answer goes back on his word have never dealt with a supposed expert who proved to be the complete opposite. I would never recommend him, to anyone, for any reason

My husband and I were on a road trip when the AC stopped working. We went to the closest auto shop we could find and stumbled upon Kirk’s shop. He was super helpful and checked out the car even though he was booked. Turns out we just needed to replace the air filter. Kirk was very friendly and insisted on not charging us. Kirk was our hero during a cross-country road trip when the fuel injectors blew on my 2013 Audi allroad. Not only did he create time to take time to repair my car during height of the season but he was sincere in his time, efforts, and quality, taking extra time to explain the issues, look over the car for any further potential problems, but his wife and business partner took the time to get to know us AND take us to the airport to the rental car. We were so pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, kindness and excellent service as out-of-towners in a major pinch! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING! What could have been a disaster turned into a highlight of our trip.

Kirk has worked on our Honda Odyssey, Ford Flex and Honda CR-V. He has performed general maintenance to major repairs on our vehicles. He has been honest and fair with us in the work he’s done. There has never been a time that we have regretted taking our vehicles to KARS to be worked on. One of the reasons we use Kirk is the quality of the work he does. There may be others that are cheaper, but I believe you will be hard pressed to find anyone that is better. There is a second reason we continue to use KARS...Kirk’s wife, Leigh. She is an amazing lady that does everything she can to make the administrative and mundane tasks of getting your vehicle repaired done as smoothly and efficiently as possible. My wife and I have enjoyed getting to know them over the last few years and have never considered going to anyone else.
