Just brought 2 SUVs in for the Gold package. The first car was done pretty well (it wasnt busy), the 2nd was rushed, not dried, and there is still a lot of dirt and grime that would be wiped away if it was properly dried after wash. I pointed it out to a supervisor who made an attempt to wipe off the front bumper, but the side skirts and inside the door sills are a mess. 0 effort by the staff. I can do a better job myself, so I didn't bother waiting more time to have them resolve the problem. You can't teach people to care, either they do or they don't. Avoid the ones who don't. I won't be returning.

❤️ Absolutely love this place! KEARNY AutoSpa Carwash gave me the best detailing experience I’ve had so far. The attention to detail was outstanding, and my car came out spotless inside and out. Everything including taxes was only $52, which is an incredible deal for such high-quality service. Big shout-out to the gentleman who worked on my car (sorry I forgot to ask your name!) you did an amazing job, sir! I also grabbed a Little Tree air freshener for $1.59, though at other places they usually throw that in for free. I still didn’t mind because the overall service was top-notch. I always tip well, and this team truly earned it. Happy customer here, and I’ll definitely be returning. If you’re looking for a thorough and affordable car detailing service, this is the spot! 🚗✨

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED THERE! Took my wife's car for an oil change. Pulled into the bay, the techs were EXTREMELY unprofessional: horsing around, swearing, having loud, inappropriate, personal conversations on their cell phones. One tech just jumps into the passenger seat without saying anything... all techs on that day were very unprofessional. I immediately had the feeling I should have aborted the oil change as soon as I was pulling in. Wish I had. After suffering through the oil change, I was just not feeling good about it. Sure enough... a month later several warning lights on the dash started lighting up: Check engine, TPMS, ABS, brake, traction control, and a few others. I suspected I might have a bad battery, so I got a new battery and the lights cleared for a couple of days, but then started up again. Took it to the dealer and the problem was that there was the WRONG ENGINE OIL in the engine!!! How do they not know what type of oil belongs in the engine?!! Have to spend about $700.00 for a full engine flush, and hope that the engine is not ruined. THANKS KEARNY AUTOSPA. You just lost 2 customers because I was also taking my work car there.

My car still dirty outside after it came out , so the guy had to bring it in again , the floor mats were not cleaned after they said it was vacuum. This shop deserve no star at all.. they don't do a good job.

Not friendly. Car not clean. Won't go back. Never been here before so I ask about the packages. I only wanted outside cleaning and the guy looked at me funny. I wanted more than basic but he was confused. I ended up with the $18 package which was not even on the list of packages.. I guess I got custom package?? In the end I was not happy. The 8 people who wiped down my car at the end missed so many spots. See photos.

First time here and I thought it was a bit odd they were done with my car so fast. Didn’t even give me a chance to look at it before rushing me to leave. There was still dirt everywhere. This actually might be the worst wash I’ve ever gotten.

Ok i decided to give a try because most CarWash services in Newark area can’t do a good job but can’t be worse experience than this… i felt robbed with this car wash service,I wouldn’t recommend to anyone around. Paying 25 dollars for that awful service is ridiculous. … Re: So you excuse yourself saying i can’t be “satisfied” for the price i’m paying? (25$) so should i pay more than that for a basic vacuum cleaning? What’s wrong with you.

Kearny Auto Spa is my go-to spot for both car washes and oil changes. The staff is professional, friendly, and they really take their time to make sure the job is done right. My car always comes out spotless after a wash, and during oil changes they also do a quick check to make sure everything looks good. Prices are fair, service is quick, and the quality is consistent. It’s great having a place I can trust to take care of my car without hassle. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Just got my car wash. Got the silver package. The inside of my car is dirty. They do it so fast. The vacuum job was horrible. I don’t think they vacuumed my trunk. I came home and vacuum my own trunks. Will not visit again. First and last time. I saw all the bad review but only came here because it’s the closest to my house

The front desk appears to exist in theory only. The spanish girl working there spends most of her time on her phone, seems more idle than busy, and any question you ask is met with sighs instead of actual help. If providing basic information is such an inconvenience, it’s hard to understand why there’s a front desk at all.

It was about 10 minutes before closing when I arrived, and Gio was so kind to open the door and help me right away. I’m a busy mom and rarely have time, but I wanted to show my son what he needs to do for next time. Gio went above and beyond, even at the end of the day when I’m sure he was ready to head home. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism — we need more workers like him! Thank you so much, Gio!

My family & I have been going to Kearny Auto Spa for many years. We all have the unlimited lava option. We have been very happy and satisfied with the service. The super helpful and friendly assistant manager, Andres, also helped me remove pesky bird poop from the exterior of my car! His attention to detail was much appreciated. 04/28/2025:- I have reduced my visit to this place from my last experience. Today I went non pick hours and waited them to finish their job and left the place.Just thought to check if services improved or back to normal and it surprised me again one side is cleaned properly and another side you can see the tires are dirty and again no tire shining. Looks like not care for their customers and give service promised for the money charging for full service wash for $24.47 with taxes. ‐‐----- ------------------ Today's car wash at Kearny car wash wad very disappointing as I paid Silver F/S Wash for $22.95 and paid $24.47 with taxes and as usual I drove my car home and realized there no nice smell which I use to get after every wash. Then I decided to check the car as how it was washed..there no wheel bridgten and Vax as it say in car wash details.

Overall a great service for the value. They do a great job at the vacuum station, the machine wash is great, but where they lack is drying. I pay about $60 a month for the highest quality unlimited wash. Unfortunately, since the drying team does such a poor job, i always keep a rag to stop a block away to finish drying. I recommend you do the same. I understand when they are super busy and the line of car goes into the streets, but when it’s like today and there were only 4 cars in total…. Come on… do better drying team. On top of all this even if they don’t deserve a single dollar more for the service, I almost always tip. This is the first and last time I'll ever go to this place to get my car washed. I paid over $40 and they didn't even vacuum it properly, and they didn't polish the wheels even though I specifically said that what mattered most to me was a thorough vacuuming, and that I should be charged more for that than for the exterior wash. They didn't even vacuum the trunk, even though I left the door open for them to do it. I think it's terrible! I absolutely do not recommend it and I will never go back.

I definitely say to save yourself the time and money. I’m not one to make reviews however I paid $35 for the “lava” which is supposed to be the best package. However I told the gentleman to vacuum the trunk and to please remove the trash on the passenger side. They were rude and keep trying to sell me their monthly package and failed to add tire shine as well as vacuum the trunk and passenger side door. Pretty shocking when you’re paying for the top tier package. Definitely will Not be back here. Laziness is unacceptable
