WARNING ...RIP OFF ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ...I went here today used the bay to spray off dust on my Jeep and used my credit card. I wasn’t there but 3 min max and they charged my CC the max amount of 15.00 my husband said they did the same thing to him a month earlier. I am disputing it and will call BBB about this establishment.

It is very convenient and love the credit card use in each stall. I use it every couple of weeks to keep my trucks cleaned. The price is very affordable and well worth it.

This car wash was purchased in March 2019 by a new company called "Keepn' it Kleen Car Wash". They are not listed yet and the former owner told me their number is posted at the car wash. I was also a victim of the credit card scanner here. The machine said I was charged for $3.00, but I was charged $15.00. If you decide to use this car wash take quarters do not use a card! 7/20/21 I can't reply to the owners response to my review from a year ago above. It was off when I left. No one came behind me and used my card, and if this is an issue then you are not protecting your customers! Also, if you read the reviews you will see that I'm not the only one who was overcharged this way, and some of those reviews were from a month ago. My review was a year ago. It's pathetic that you still haven't fixed the issues!!! I stand by my original review!

I went to wash my car today and the sprayer in the lane I was in wasn't working. It didn't have any water pressure when I would pull the handle. I called the number on the building and the owner was super helpful and friendly. He immediately came over and credited me time on a different lane. He fixed the issue right then as well so others wouldn't encounter the same problem. He even offered me a free wash the next time for my trouble. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will definitely be back to this location.

The prices are considerably cheaper in the south so I guess the cost is ok. The facility is always clean and maintained and they aren’t strict about the extras (cleaning wheels in stalls). Everyone seems to respect the courtesy and does not abuse it. I’m always glad to support locals so they have my business.

I'd like to add my dissatifaction for the credit card charges at this location 15.00 for 10 min rinse, this is just a scam as i see many others have found out, and yes I did hit the red button when i was done! don't try to make your customers look like idiots to make yourself look better. I will never use this location again, most of the reputable washes around stop at 5.00 and you must slide your card again.

I usually don't go here, but it was convenient at the time. Soap did not dispense when dialed. I spent 10 minutes (rinsing my car off with only water) and was charged a hefty $15.00! What a waste of money! DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible car wash!! UPDATE: These people are CROOKS!!! The $15 charge DOES NOT FALL OFF YOUR CHARGES! Crooks and liars. This place should be reported. Worst car wash in Loveland!

Hounded/Bullied by management for fear that I was "dumping" the trash from my car into their trash cans. I was simply awaiting funds to be made available by my bank for use at their establishment. They had no problem holding $15 of my money (in addition to the actual charge of $7.50) for over a week, simply for using my debt card. Their machines work (kind of), but are definitely dated and confusing. The bay was heavily soiled with mud and the mats in my car were worse after visiting than before I started. After being bullied by management on his motorcycle, I felt rushed and was not able to clean my car as thoroughly as I had wanted. I'm all for supporting local small businesses, but I will not endorse bullying, in any way shape or form.

Overall, a nice self-serve car wash that gets the job done and at a good price. There are multiple bays that are pretty clean and easy to use. The property looks maintained, but the bays are a little narrow. Definitely recommend!

The vacuums were great value at 3 quarters per session. The foam brush function was not. It takes $1.50 to start it and it gives you 1:30. It took 30 seconds for any foam to come out, and barely any came out. It also took 20 seconds out of my 1:30 for water to come out of the nozzle on the rinse function. I spent 3 sessions to scrub and rinse the rubber mats (4) for a third-row suv. I guess I'm used to Missouri prices. Is there a shortage of water around here or something?

Meh not a fan of this place. Had my first experience since I frequent the Dollar Tree across the street. I was told it's 1min 30sec for $1.50 which isn't the best bargain in the world but it seemed like I only got 60secs or because I was waiting for the water to come out that 20+ secs passed by??? I used quarters my 1st round then decided to use my card for the 2nd go. It says there is a $3 charge on the machine. Apparently there is also a $15 dollar holding fee. Seriously? Lol Ummm, there should be a disclosure letting people know that much money will be taken off your card. And from the other reviews I've read, it could take days for that to clear. Highly doubt I'll ever go back. I live pretty close to a reputable car wash but used this one because I was heading to Foco and figured I would give my car lil wet shine.

Washed the company Truck today, 17 degrees outside but the water was warm and ready, the soap rinsed the mud snow grime right off my Oxford white. The hot rinse blast the dirty ice off my mud flaps and shine the tires real nice. Price was right and the water was warm… Five Stars from us!
