Went to Keith's auto repair with overheating issues on my 1950 Chevy Truck with a BBC motor in it. They diagnosed a new radiator was needed. They ordered everything quickly scheduled the install and everything was completed in a perfect job The radiator has fixed the overheating issue and the finished product is top notch . If you have a Hot Rod and need something done,check with them first. Il will be bringing my truck there for all it's service needs Fantastic experience Tim Patterson

My 2014 Dodge journey had engine problems, I thought I needed a new engine the way it was running. Come to find out from the experts at Keith's auto repair, it was my spark plugs installed wrong and I needed a new alternator. It only took them two days waiting for part and fixing car. Very friendly people and honest. Thank you!

I been going for so many years to this place and im blown away how much they over charge you and take your money none of the workers seem to even know what they are doing making my cars all have more issues then it was when it went in. I had my granddaughter Subaru worked on for a oil changed and fixed the leak and they made that car have more issues when it was running great before I had them service it. Had bolts all over the sparks plug was not on fully and touching other areas burning the holes I just got a oil change the charged me about 200 plus!!!! When I could had taken it to pay 40 or 60 bucks to have it changed. I'm so disappointed on how much I have lost coming here knowing I been coming here since they open the shop and to be taken advantage of my the work is so poor that they just seem to hire anyone and have them work on ur stuff and make more problems so you have to come back. They over charge and have people who don't have any dang idea how to even work on their cars! The owner is a great person but the business is extremely poor.

I am disappointed in the communication at this shop. I did not get a service done here. However I went here because I needed a transmission code looked at in my daughters car. The google listing says transmission shop (see pic). I told him when I came in the code said that I needed a solenoid replaced in the transmission. He said he needed to to a diagnostic, which I was fine with and came the next day to drop the car. He called me several hours later to explain that it needed a pressure solenoid and that he doesn't do any internal service in transmissions. So my daughter is out the diagnostic fee (which he did discount to 99.) However why when I told him it needed a solenoid to begin with would he not tell me at that point we don't do internal transmission services so if that is the problem you may want to go to another shop. So this is not a transmission shop like it says on the google listing but they are happy to diagnose something they can't fix.

Keith's Auto has been the worst experience I have ever had I took my 2014 Mercedes got diagnosed for timing chain. They gave me a quote of $2,400 once they had the car then they called me told me they made a mistake on the labor hours if I could meet them. Halfways which was another $1,000. Then they call me back and said that my sprockets need to be replaced. That was another $1,000 for a total of $4,600 Less than 3 months later my car is making the same noise. I took it back to them. Big checked. It told me that they would do the work for free. I waited 2 weeks before I could take it in once he had it. I had to keep following up to see where we were at as far as me getting my car back. Then they come back that it is a crankshaft chain and that it would be $3,100. I was very upset at the way this whole matter was taken care of. Needless to say I had the the work done. Much to my surprise once again they let me down. The air filter hose was ripped when I got the car back. Also the cover in front of the car was missing the plastic plugs to hold it down but yet nothing was said about this. I do not recommend Keith Auto or nothing. I will be taking them to court for everything that was done. Misdiagnosed and the sloppy work they did. Do not take your car to them!!! You will be disappointed

Truck runs fine after new radiator, hoses and thermostat. Taking truck in for 15 yrs, a few fixes, tune ups and it still runs like new. Not bad for 20 yr old vehicle. Keith’s shop has Been the best I’ve found and recommended it to anyone.

I needed to remove the lock ring on the fuel pump so I brought the whole gas tank to their shop. Being a mechanic myself, it was on their so tight and I didn't want to try any harder so I'm glad to have it done. They only charged me $97 which i thought was more than fair. I'll definitely be going back if their is anything I can't do myself or don't have the software/equipment to do. Thank you
