The guy who helped me was really nice. Brought our 2018 Honda Odyssey to Kellys. They did diagnostic work and told us we'd have to go to Honda and that they couldn't do the work to fix the problem. Picked up the van and got charged $167 diagnostic fee. I understand that they took the time and did the work, but this seemed like bad business. Now I'm just going to take my car to Honda every time so I don't get charged diagnostics twice.

I had brought my car in for a diagnostic 4/29 i was told from the owner that someone was to come in 15-20 minutes and wait for a diagnostic that didn’t happen. i ended up waiting for like a day and a half. The work that they that is done at the shop is Great. Never really had an issue with that after picking up my vehicle my oil was changed the sticker was left in my car and my car is digital and i had to do it myself.

Everything was done professionally. From the phone calls to confirm appointment to the follow-up phone call to confirm estimated costs for approval. To final pick up everything was done professionally. I had been a customer of another local garage for several years. But an estimate for repairs from that garage had me looking to compare costs. What I found was that they were not being completely honest and that the costs were outrageous. What I found in Kelly’s Automotive of Deltona was honest work for honest costs. I will be going to them from now on.

Kelly’s Automotive of Deltona are literally SUPERIOR mechanics! My transmission blew and Kellys Automotive fixed my car fairly quickly for the big job and did it with ease! They understood and delivered on my sense of urgency on getting it fixed being it is my only transportation. I got a brand new transmission for an amazing UNBEATABLE price and my car is running smoother than EVER!! Matt and his team is my FOREVER mechanics. Very HONEST, FAIR, RELIABLE and he picked up each time I called! This is a shop you can put 100% TRUST in with you car! The staff at Kelly's Automotive was courteous and knowledgeable. I had taken my SUV to other mechanics and the others were not able to locate what the issue was with my vehicle. Went in for an oil leak and an exhaust leak. I still have the oil leak and had to have the cheap gaskets replaced that they installed. I also towed it to Jacksonville because after I got it back it ran and sounded like 💩 and was told it's because I have an aftermarket cam shaft. Turns out the rotor was off and 2 sparkplugs were miswired after their service (I assume this was touched to replace the header gaskets). They charged $400+ to break my truck. I'll never return.

I’ve never had a mechanic not call to provide updates at all. We were charged way too much for what was done and quoted a crazy amount for what they recommend. I had a master mechanic look at everything and was informed that the oil leak they told me the car has is non existent. Don’t leave your car here, they’re not honest. Just out to make a buck. This is a reply to the response by Kelly’s Automotive of Deltona. The fact that you cannot find my name means nothing because the vehicle was dropped off under my husband’s name. Kelly’s failed to call us to inform us that the vehicle would be kept overnight among other things. Mainly, people should be weary of a place that charges $1000 in labor for a job that should be around $500 at most in labor. Read reviews and don’t always give the benefit of doubt because we did and it didn’t go well for us.

I have sentimental attachments to my 2012 GMC YUKON XL 5.3L FLEX 4X4. Two weeks after purchasing it I was traveling back from New Hampshire to Florida. The engine malfunction the DOD AFM issue caused damage to the camshaft lobe and the lifter in port 4 or 7 was damaged. I decided to buy a remanufactured engine and the folks at Kelly's Automotive, quoted me a great price, they under promised and over delivered. I could not be happier with the service, their honesty and commitment to their customers.

This was a great shop when Gary owned it. I gave it a chance with the new owner but I don't trust this shop anymore. They told me I needed new brakes recently and when I got a second opinion, the second shop said I had 60 percent left on my front and more on my rear brakes. At Kelly's I was also quoted over $1600.00 for an oil leak that my new shop fixed for under $300.00. No Thanks!

Traveling from New Hampshire to Florida and a really bad shake started in my conversion van. I looked up independent service stations and picked out Kelly’s automotive…sure glad I did! Alex was very welcoming and diagnosed my problem immediately. Our technician Max was very courteous, conscientious, and professional.
