I set an appointment with Kelvin for 6PM on Thursday. I gave him the address the vehicle was located at then. He insisted on the 6PM time. I called him Thursday afternoon at 3PM to confirm the 6PM appointment time and location of the vehicle. It took me 1/2 hour to get to the vehicle from my home. I arrived at 5:45 so as to be on time for the agreed appointment. 6PM came, then 6:30, NO Kelvin. I called him and he was "Oh, Oh, I'll be there soon. I will send you a text. Where is it I'm supposed to go?" I gave him the address for the third time and asked when he would be there. He assured me he was on the way and would be there in 40 minutes. After 45 minutes passed Kelvin still was not there. I called him and he says "Oh, Oh I will be leaving soon. What is the address?" I told him not to bother, that I could not continue to wait. AND YOU KNOW WHAT HE SAID THEN?????????? " Do you have anything else I can work on?" Can you believe that?! Don't waste your time calling this guy. He does not keep his word and does not seem to be serious about his business. Why else would he treat a customer this way? He wasted almost 3 hours of my time without a second thought. And then he had the audacity to ask for more work. Kelvin has responded with "Appointment times are not always met". That is a poor excuse when it was set 24 hours in advance and confirmed the day of the appointment. Keep Kelvins reply in mind if you are thinking of scheduling with him. He is unprofessional with his actions and attitude. I am glad he did not work on my truck as the quality of persons work is reflected by a their work ethics.

Kelvin was referred to me through my boss and my boss's spouse. I'm so glad they did so, because he was awesome!! I knew what was wrong with my vehicle, but had put off getting it to the shop because I knew what would happen, and that they'd cost me a fortune playing diagnostic games. Well, I waited too long and was now going to have to tow my car to the shop, costing me even more. Thanks to Kelvin, I didn't have to worry about that, nor pay for towing, or even worry about finding a ride to the shop, just to play their game. Kelvin went straight for what I said was wrong, checked it out and got it fixed. He communicated well, was here when expected, showed me what he was doing, charged me fairly, and on top of that, was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kelvin as your personal mobile mechanic. I’m very picky about who I do business with and I am so glad I chose Kelvin! First he ran a diagnostic test because my engine light was on. He went over my options according to the reading from the diagnostic results as to what could be wrong. My car is up and running! Kelvin is the man! My wife was stuck 155 miles from home with a Ford that lost its entire coolant system from heating hoses that got fried on a Friday Night. No mechanic shops were open until Monday. I honestly don't know how I found Kelvin on Google because I had been looking for over an hour and he just magically appeared in my search. He was able to come out Saturday morning, diagnose the problem, get the parts and fix the car all in a few hours and for a very reasonable price. He even picked up the keys from where my wife was and went to the car to fix it in a parking lot. I am sure the Ford dealer would have been 3 times the price. Do not hesitate to call Kelvin. He's in my contacts list now.

Kelvin did a fantastic job today working on my car. I needed to replace my spark plugs and serpentine belt, so yesterday I reached out to my previous mobile mechanic service but he was unavailable. I looked for mobile mechanics in the Augusta and whose name came up first with high ratings and great reviews? Kelvin. I’m glad I decided to use this service. I called and he quickly answered. I told him my issue and he provided me with a great quote of $125, being that I already bought my own parts. He scheduled a time to work on my car and arrived on time. Not like other mechanics who take their time and show up late or make excuses. Kelvin is the real deal and serious about his customer’s needs. He arrived to my place at 4:00pm with nothing less of positive energy and a readiness to work on my car. He gave me an estimated time, around 10-15 minutes, to complete the job but honestly, he finished the job in less than 10 minutes. I was surprised. He didn’t rush anything, he made sure I was there to test the car after he finished, and gave me a few tips in case I wanted to work on my vehicle. He was friendly and his customer service was exemplary. I was more than impressed with his service and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs car service in the Augusta area. Thanks, Kelvin!
