Avoid this place for car A/C repairs. I went in for a simple A/C issue and was told in two minutes I needed a new compressor for $850. The next day, they claimed more repairs were needed, raising the price to $1,150. I trusted them when they said they checked everything. But within two days, the A/C stopped working again. When I called, they kept giving excuses—either too busy or the A/C technician wasn’t there. Eventually, they said the condenser was the issue and wanted another $580. I reminded them they said everything had already been checked, but they claimed it was a “small puncture” they missed. I took the car to an actual A/C specialist the next day. He diagnosed a faulty compressor sensor and fixed it for $90. The A/C has worked fine since. Do not trust this shop. They overcharge, misdiagnose, and waste your time. Go to a real A/C specialist.

Ken I believe the owner was personally involved in my car issues, but also involved with every customer making you feel comfortable and giving instructions to the shop team. Most recently we have visited Ken Automobile with our 2016 Chevy Suburban which was showing the Check Engine sign. The experts at Ken Automobile did an excellent diagnostic, find out the root causes and made a very honest recommendation. They took care our car very well along with full point inspection. Specially Ken himself put lots of effort to make sure the car is taken care. The entire team at the shop did a wonderful job as well. They took care our car as it's their own. I work close by nice place to get you service done. Always ready when I get off work, they have three locations and they are always reliable. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. What I like about them is they are upfront about everything they let me know what’s going on. very bad services. They are not clear all charges. "Free diagnostic and estimation " they declear in their poster, after Checking car problem then charged to me 89. I think Their prices so high. When i told them i need to justify then they show me their real character they ignore their declaration. And rudely behave with me. Never think this place. They are frauding with customer.

This shop is amazing! They fixed my car up perfectly — new battery, belt, tensioner, and alternator — and the prices were super affordable. On top of that, they gave me a 2-year warranty which is such a relief. The whole team had a great attitude, provided fast service, really good customer service, and they made everything stress-free. Ken Automobile is one of the best places in Queens where you could take your vehicle for an honest and a reliable service experience. I have dealt with this establishment for the past couple of years on both of my cars and have been very happy each time. Pay cash to avoid the usual 3.5% additional charge on credit cards, just like many other places do currently.

They're great people. Went here a few times with my car and brought some of my boys over too. I always have a nice conversation with whoever's at the front. They're very professional and organized. They get your car in quick and make sure they did the job right. They also have special deals for certain people that I found pretty cool.
