They’ve raised their prices a ridiculous amount since switching to Kendall. I just spent $1,200 on an “electrical” repair where $400 of it was just a diagnostic fee. They didn’t even wash my car either which Roy Robinson ALWAYS did. After 10 years I’ll be talking my business elsewhere.

Brought our Silverado in for Oil change and tire rotation. Found front tire picked up a screw through the sidewall. We were leaving on a trip the next evening. They were able to find, ship and install the next day and we were able to get back home in time to leave on our trip. Well done.

On Thursday I went here and got my first new car! Peter Granath was an exceptional sales man! He was very enthusiastic, caring and has the best personality ever! He helped me out with my 2017 Chevy Cruze which I have fallen in love with! As soon as I walked up to the car he did the remote start feature which I had no clue about and that put the biggest smile on my face! He made sure that I felt safe and comfortable. He explained every feature throughly. If you are looking for a car new or used please don’t hesitate and ask for Peter Granath! I appreciate your help and commitment to my new car! My car was in twice for a water leak…. TWICE under extended warranty. Bottom-line maybe fixed now, dirtier than when it was brought to the shop. Dirty headliner, dirt in my leather seats, a wet floor mat was put on my backseat and then the seats were folded down onto the wet dirty floor mat. If I had a Corvette, I know I would of been treated differently. No respect for my property. Put my things on the passenger front floorboard and the stepped on. Todd the Service Manager refused twice to detail my mildewed wet carpets from front to back. Not enough help ie. employees to complete services paid at 100% charge! Customer service is ZERO! No such thing! I’m am very unsatisfied with my services. I will never return or refer my worst enemy to this place.

I brought my car in to have the instrument cluster replaced and when they were installing it they cracked the front plastic lens. Told me that it was an old car and an old part but I told him that I just bought it. Then on the way home it was acting up so I made another appointment for the dealership to fix it. Shortly after I got home I got a call from the dealership saying they were told not to do anything to it and they said to come over and get it. They never completed the work. So I had to take it to another place to finish the work Kendall Chevrolet started........paid around $345+ for a halfway complete job. Never again!!

Unfortunately I will not be returning. Roy Robinson was great, Kendall Chevy not so much. For a scheduled oil change/ air filter replacement it was a *1.5 hour wait and $200. Last time they gave an excuse when it took 1.5 hours and the time before that their computers were down so I showed up and they rescheduled me.... today I realized that is normal. Customer service continues to go down hill and prices are raised. I learned they don't offer car washes anymore either. The air filter was marked up at least $30 from what I can find online in a google search.

What an amazing experience. Shane and Bill helped me purchase a new vehicle, and I could not be happier. The process was smooth and quick, and dare I say ....fun?! Sales was great. Shop not so great. Purchased new tires and they wrote the psi on the side with chalk and I had to scrub it off. I had them do an oil change. I decided to check it before going on a long trip and found that they put to much oil in the engine. And I found a dent on the hood. I'm guessing it is where someone just threw there tool on it. The truck is a 2025.

I had purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. But it changed ownership since my last purchase in 2020. I was in a car accident end of November and my 2020 Equinox was totalled. I knew I wanted another Equinox. So I reached out to my last sales person. But he had left the dealership. But he put me in contact with Peter Granath and he worked really hard to find what I wanted, since the original one I liked was sold before I contacted him. I can't say enough about Peter. He was amazing and such a great personality. He walked me through everything and pointed out the key differences between the 2020 and 2022. Once again, everyone was pleasurable to work with. Great service but you'll pay for it. Follow up.... Let me clarify. I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube the time before last. I was just shocked to find out that the dealer charged me $83.15 more than Jiffy Lube. I am more than happy to pay extra for the dealer to do the job, but damn. It was well over double the price. To top it all off, there was oil all over my starting wheel and floor mat when I got back in my truck. One last note. I was told that my cabin filter needed changed. I just smiled knowing that I changed it less than one month ago. I've bought the last four cars of mine here and love the sales people, but.... In a nut shell, if you want a cheaper, quicker, cleaner job, look elsewhere.

I bought my 2013 Chevy Camaro from Kendall Chevrolet in Marysville about 5 or 6 years ago, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best car experiences I’ve ever had. From the day I drove it off the lot, I’ve absolutely loved this car — the performance, the design, and that pure Chevy feel. Recently, my Camaro developed an engine issue and ended up throwing a rod. It was a tough situation since the repair ended up costing over $15,000 to replace the engine. At one point, I even considered putting that money toward a used car instead, but I just couldn’t let go of my Camaro. That’s how much I enjoy driving it — so I decided to invest in a new engine and keep it on the road. Throughout the process, the team at Kendall Chevrolet — especially my service representative, Steve Wilson — made the experience a lot easier. Steve was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get my car back in great shape. He treated me with respect and made me feel welcome every step of the way. It’s rare these days to find that kind of customer service, and I really appreciate it. Overall, Kendall Chevrolet has been great to work with, both when I first bought my Camaro and now years later when I needed major repairs. I’ve always been a fan of the Chevy brand, and this experience only reinforced that loyalty. My dream car is a ZL1 Camaro, and hopefully one day I’ll be back at Kendall Chevrolet to make that dream a reality.
