The worst oil change I waited for an hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled apt time just to be told my car hasn’t even gone back yet even though people behind me were getting serviced for oil changes already will never return.

The worst experience anyone can have buying a car and maintaining a relationship with this dealership. They will NOT help you with anything and will try to bully you, intimidate you, or misdirect you and play you for a fool. All of the salesmen behave like the stereotypical used car salesmen type and just want to lock you into a sale for lemon cars with problems. Go to any other dealership because this will be a financial decision that you wish you never made

Customer service people were very good & friendly. Required part is back ordered & could be 3 wks to 2 mo's. A little disappointed that for a part under warranty, there's no loaner car.

My Ford was in a collision it was sent to Kendall Ford for an Allignment, programming and the camber and caster adjusted since the wheels were bent outward from the Collision... they did the programming and alignment and they sent my car back to the Collision center which the Collision center then gave me my car back. Well I drove it home and the next day I noticed the steering wheel was not aligned so I called them and they told me it should be fine it was drive tested by Ford so I took it back to the Collision center and the collision center sent it back only to find out the camber and caster was never done so the wheels were still bent out. Big mistake they let slide that could've further damaged my car and also could've been bad for me as well.. DO NOT recommend taking any vehicle here...

The lobby is huge. They also have a batista. I got a 12 oz. decaffeinated coffee. I liked it. There are lots of Ford cars to look at. I had an oil change and had my brake fluid flushed. One and a half hours later, the mechanic finished my car.

If you're looking for service for your Ford, I'd steer well clear of Kendall. I took my Mustang in for an oil change a few months back. My first visit, and absolutely my last. My air filter box was left open, which I didn't notice until quite some time after the service. When I went to change my own oil for my most recent oil change, I found that the oil pan's drain plug was torqued so tightly I almost couldn't get it undone. It took help from a friend and a long half inch drive ratchet to get the drain plug undone. This is the low quality service I'd expect from a Jiffy Lube run by high school dropouts, and is absolutely unacceptable.

Best and most trustworthy mechanic service I ever had. I came in with a warranty claim on my F150 that I thought was just a leak in the head gasket. However it turned out to be a machining error in the block face that was causing the leak (and yes i confirmed this myself). They could have just replaced the gasket under warranty and waited the 150 miles for me to run over my warranty and I wouldn't have been the wiser till the leak came back. However they replaced the entire long block ALL under warranty! Charles in the service department was particularly very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be going here for future service.

We are full time RVrs from Florida and while traveling through Seattle needed an urgent repair. Kendall Ford was the only dealer out of several who made an appointment and repaired it within two days. Jeff in the service department is great, and we trust they did the best they could to try and minimize the cost of what was an expensive repair.

Eric AKA "Gator" was super nice and helped us get a good deal on a used car for my 16 yo first car. They were able to work with us and they a full inspection, replaced things that were needed and did a great detail cleaning. We appreciate the all the efforts made to make our experience comfortable. We didn't feel pressured and Eric was a great communicator!

I've been coming to this dealership for over 2 years and I'm always satisfied with the service provided on my 2011 Explorer. Staff is friendly and courteous, and the customer service is exemplary. They provide shuttle service or will drop your vehicle off at your home if you live within a reasonable distance. They also have a great cafe.

Friendly staff, performed thorough inspection of my car. Based on the mileage of the vehicle and previous maintenance I have performed myself, I felt that the recommended maintenance actions were appropriate and not an attempt to scheme me as other dealers sometimes do. Quick, simple, easy. They were a bit far booked out as far as the scheduling goes, but they are a good quality maintenance center.

I have tried 6 times to try to get a quote. Either no one has called me back, or no one followed up with a quote. On my 7th try I finally had a human being answer the phone. When I asked for a quote I was told they could only give a quote with a VIN number. All I needed was a rough estimate to replace glow plugs, glow plug relay, high pressure oil pump, and block heater for the 7.3l diesel engine. All I received was an argument. Not sure how every other shop can quote without a VIN but they cannot. Not worth the time, save yourself and find another place to have work done on your Ford.

Took my 2020 All-Wheel Drive Ford Transit in for major service. transmission, front and rear differential and transfer case, replaced spark plugs and coils, serpentine belt, batteries, coolant, Brake Fluid. The Full meal deal. Zack in service helped me and did an amazing job. They had it done when they said they would, and everything looks great. Zack in service went above and beyond by helping me fix a windshield problem caused by someone else and took pictures of the issue for me. I have not had a lot of luck with service from other Ford dealerships, but Kendal Ford Treated me good. I will be back.

Needed a repair done in an emergency situation and called several Ford locations throughout WA, OR and Northern California. This was the only dealership that treated me like a person and not a number. Received excellent service in a timely manner. Honest, trustworthy, no nonsense. This is a gem of a place in today's world. Great leadership that clearly trickles down. Every person I interacted with while waiting for my vehicle was friendly and genuine. Please support this Ford location. They are wonderful!

Initially I had a low rating for a few reasons. One was just the amount charged for the service I got. To me, it's overpriced, but on the other hand they did find and fix the problem. Second was just a lack of communication and transparency about how they charge for their diagnostic fee. Lastly, I tried to get a quote for a radiator replacement on my other vehicle, but they couldn't give me one and essentially said, you'll pay the diagnostic fee and then we can give you a quote. To their credit, I did get a call back about my service experience and when they heard, they assured me that typically their communication is much better. I'm not sure how they plan to fix the issues in the future as they seem to me business model decisions, but at least there was an attempt to try and understand the problem. So for that, thanks.

Just recently had my oil change done here and the next time i used my truck to work, engine splash shield partially came off touching the ground. Last time i had it serviced, left a dirty rag by the brake fluid reservoir area. Never gonna go back here.
