First time I used Kennedy solutions was when I used my kia. Great service ! 3 years later I sent my 2017 ford transit for a compressor change. They told me that it was a “major” repair and that it would cost $3,200. I ask if there was any alternative, and the service guy Mike said “ that he wouldn’t do the service if he didn’t replace the compressor, condenser, evaporator, o-rings, pulleys and belt drive”. The worse part is that he sent me an estimate with unit prices, not exact prices. Me as a customer I would like to see what is being charged. He said it would take over the weekend. Long story short , I took my van to a shop to a Hispanic on west rd and airline, he took 6 hours and replaced the compressor. I asked him if any of the above was needed and he said no. I took my van to work and the ac and heater works like charm. The mechanic charged me $880 for belt replacement and compressor. Flushed the lines out. $3,200 to do compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc to my van without needing is a abuse and maybe they should learn to itemize what they are charging. When seeing the prize was a total abuse of service . Moral of story , always choose a second opinion because Kennedy solutions and Mike the employee is not.

Could not have asked for a better first experience with getting my car fixed - 10/10! I had my car towed here after a flat tire and wheel damage right before I left for vacation. I typically dread anything car-related, but I felt safe and comfortable as soon as I walked in - and the repair process was seamless from start to finish. They kept me updated the whole time via text, email, and phone call and went out of their way to find different repair options and explain each of them to me so I could make an informed decision. They even arranged a state inspection while my car was there! Payment and drop off/pick up was super fast and easy too, and they got me a complimentary Uber to get back home. I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to take their vehicle here.

Took our 13 year old Camry in for obvious brake problems and misc. deferred maintenance items. We got a thorough report of all the issues that needed to be addressed, all explained very clearly and professionally. We went ahead and had the obvious/safety issues taken care of. The rest of the list will be addressed soon. This is a great bunch of people who came highly recommended and definitely delivered. Friendly, professional and clearly experts in what they are doing. Communication from beginning to end was top notch. Most importantly, the brakes and steering being repaired have the old Camry driving like new(almost).
