We did have a couple of issues with the our projector and connection with our satellite service but Kurt was very responsive and corrected the problems. We recently discontinued our satellite service and he helped us with the firestick connection. Whenever I text or call he always respond and it has been over a year since we updated our projector system.

Ken's in Macon has had my wife's Slingshot for 3 weeks for what I deem as a simple phase 1 audio upgrade. After a simple conversation with the owner Mike Jones, problem solved. And my wife is able to get her 50th birthday present back home today (4.27.21). I'm very happy with the way things turned out. Amazing experience with Kens! Kirk came and installed this huge 65 inch Sony TV (my husband insisted on something this large). Regardless, I normally don't reviews but I was so happy with this service. My husband who is clearly blind, was unable to be here when the initial installation occurred, therefore it was very important that Kirk knew where the TV was supposed to go and all that entails. We rent so our land lord does not allow cords in the walls so Kirk offered to not only apply the conduit but also paint it! I can't wait to have our annual Christmas party at our new house especially since our new TV looks so amazing!!!!

Ive been dealing with Kirk at the Macon and Warner Ribins location for more than 2 years and he has been great to work with. Ilive about 90 miles from there location and he has gone out of his way on several occasions to help me with any issues I might have had. Most of the time it’s a simple fix but with his knowledge and experience it makes it so much easier to resolve and issues. I have put an entire home theater system in at my house and he’s been there every step of the way to make sure that I’m completely satisfied and I understand everything about my theater. I would highly recommend Ken’s and Kirk for any of my audio needs. From theater to two channel to outdoor they can do it all.

Ken's offers excellent products and has the variety needed to satisfy the novice, casual music/movie lover, AND the audiophile/cinema fanatic! Couple all this with them offering expert installation, and you can't go wrong purchasing here!
I'm in the process of having Ken's install audio equipment in my new vehicle after they wowed me by correcting a TERRIBLE install I had done at another local company. My advice is simple. If you want to not waste time and money and if you want to avoid unnecessary frustration, get it done right the 1st time! Go see the guys at Ken's!

Kens has done what so many talk about but never follow through. Kurt told me that he would call me today with the availability of a very popular Rockford fosgate sound system upgrade for my 2020 Street Glide. With Covid availability is slim to none...
A hour after I left there he called me with the system in the store with even a picture to prove it! That's a man of his word, someone you can trust . I will follow up with review of the system after installation...

I’ve been a Ken’s customer since 2002, they are my go to for all my audio and video needs. A couple of years ago, I upgraded my television and receiver. This is when I met Kurt. The most important thing to me when making major purchases, is how I’m treated after the sale. Kurt represents the epitome of service after the sale. Kurt gave me exceptional service from start to finish. I purchased equipment for a jeep gladiator and a F150. Kurt advised me on both purchases. I was very pleased with the quality of both units a 3800 pioneer the sound is superb easy to use and looks great in the vehicle. He sold me plug and play upgrade speakers for my jeep also sounds superb. He is easy on your wallet at the same time not effecting the quality. And one heck of a person to work with.
