6:21 , 8/15 23 ask the heavier set lady how to check out was grumpy and then the receipt paper didn’t work as another cashier and that paper she put in first from 1 o’clock was taking forever it was 620. I’m not gonna wait 30 minutes for my receipt. I’m disappointed the people there, a grumpy and not friendly

The place is usually clean and the staff are always much nicer than I expect from convenience store workers. The Coke machine and slurpee machine are often botched. Overall this is a good store.

Wow the customer service and the girl working the drive up was so rude. She couldn't say hi, then when she came back I asked if she was having a good day. And she said ma'am I'm not gonna do this right now I have another customer behind you and by the way I'm having a great day. I definitely wouldn't want her working for my company

This is probably one of the best car washes in the Permian Basin. They got guys doing a prewash the station before running through the car wash. These guys scrub down your vehicle manually then give it a power wash. After this there's a courtesy hand drying. You can't beat the price.

Tried this car wash for the first time with my truck which was was quite dirty with dust, some mud, lots of bugs and even pine sap. I was quite surprised with the results. Even the undercarriage,wheels and tires were clean. The lines are long but I think worth the wait. The prewash by hand is very good. Staff was very friendly and did their best to keep the lines moving. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Good place to stop I would give 5 but they have cinnamon sent in there bathroom and it severely triggered my asthma. When I have to stop it sucks I have to avoid this place because of there sent. I love there food and snacks but I cannot enter .. if you ever remove the cinnamon smell I would update my review. Today I had to stop and it was a bad choice.

Noticed my car had been booked by the birds and drove across town to go to Kent Kwik car wash at 4709 Midkiff. Guys washed off the leaves and looked like they scrubbed the car. The car went through the soft touch wash and was hand dried by a worker. I drove to work and parked my car only to see I still have a bunch of bird droppings on my vehicle. I called to complain and the male that answered the phone answered say 'yes'. I had to ask if this was Kent Kwik and again he answered 'yes'. I asked to speak with a manager and was told 'no'. I explained I had been there and would like to talk with the manager and again he said 'no'. I asked who I was speaking with and he said a worker. I have always had great service in the past at this location, I am very disappointed in the car wash and dryer attendants and the person who answered a call for a company telling the customer "no' when asked to speak with a manager.

THE most expensive and INconvenient store in the Midland/Odessa area. Nasty premade food that sits in the box all day and put up for sale the next day. Long lines, rude staff and the lowest pay in this very busy market. No wonder they cant find help. Better to just pass by the Kent Kwiks. 8/29/19. Busiest store I've been to. 50 people in this store with one guy behind the counter try his best to do it all. And if coarse, only one person can use the restroom and it's usually locked. Pretty sad for such an expensive place.

Absolutely terrible experience. The cashier on duty was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude. From the moment I walked in, they acted like I was a bother just for trying to make a purchase. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I asked a simple question, they responded with sarcasm and zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable—especially in a customer-facing role. If you’re having a bad day, take a break, don’t take it out on customers. I’ll definitely be avoiding this place in the future and warning others to do the same. Management seriously needs to look into who they’re hiring or keeping behind the counter.
