My car got a problem with control arm and brake . I went to this place . They inspect my car . They told me to pay 2500$ for control arm replacement and brake replacement. They lied to me a lot and try to manipulate me. Where in the hell world is replacing control arm and brake is 2500$ . This is scamming .i went to another mechanic I got fixed my car by 650$ both control arm and brake . Don’t come to this place. They are heartless people.

BEWARE SCAMMER ALERT& DECEPTIVE TACTICS!!!!!!!! Brought my gmc on 9/2/2025 @ 7am in regards to abs fault code p25a2. After a full day nothing was looking into the matter I had to proactively call 15mins before they closed to find out any update in regards to diag. They stated they were busy didn't have a chance to look into it so what's the whole point of the appointment system and why tell me you have an answer of what's wrong with it on the same day I drop it off. Next Day around noon they call tell me my battery is low voltage and couldn't not continue with diag until replacing battery. They qoute me $509 plus labor for a new battery OVERPRICE FOR A BATTERY. I went back asking for my truck seeking to waive the diag since I wasn't going to pay that much for a battery. They were reluctant on not waiving the diag but yet they didn't have an answer of why my truck had a abs fault code after back and forth with manager they convinced to allow me to go buy my own battery and install it so they can at least find out what's wrong with the truck. I went got a oe battery around $325. Couple hours later they called me saying the code never came back on with obvious notation that by removing a battery it reset all computer codes. They never dare to check any abs sensor. They stated they check fuse box yet not signs of the fuse box ever removed. As they call the final time letting me know my out the door cost to pick up was $325 and for what you may ask 1 hr of labor and their diag but the issue is up in the air of it actually being fix. I ask if within a week time does the abs fault code come up would they not charge me again they couldn't reassure me I would be charge again if I brought it back with the same original issue. They dont warranty there work so technically they would if it was a battery related but that NOT the reason I brought it in to y'all. The diag is a JOKE when I went in to pick up the truck prior of buying a battery. I was arguing what they diagnosed the technician comes out and shows me a pick of a $30-40 obd scanner showing me low voltage that's not worth 140$ diagnosed. Total cost 650$ and no definitive resolution. !!!!STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! KERRY'S CAR CARE IS INCORPORATED WITH Drive Automotive Services, Inc. In BBB. So any negative reviews dont reflect under KERRY'S CAR CARE don't go off Google reviews ratings it's not reflective of who really owns them.

They completely left off all my exhaust bolts…. Never bolted up the brake lines, and also put a used gas tank on my car when we more than clearly told them numerous times we wanted a new one…. Was supposed to be a one day job and took two weeks. Do not use this place!

Be prepared to be completely ripped off. Huge mark up on labor. This job cost $450-$500 to fix. They charged me $860. Don’t go here just for the convenience!

Just left this location to simply get air in my rear tire. Not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 individuals (one being a manager with grey button up) proceeded to overlook and continously walk past my car without speaking or asking what i need. I will never return to this location! One guy hid behind a car on his phone, another cigarette in hand, and the other awkwardly continued to give me eye contact without offering to service me. It gave off laziness, and unwillingness to assist!

Since the very first time I walked in to Kerry's car care. They where very honest with me and saved me alot of money when they said "Take it to kia " because it was a recall compared to the the shop I took it to an hour before wanted me to leve my car there.🤨🤔 So my story ends with i'm very happy with kerry's car care and satisfied with the work they have done I recommend them to anyone❤️☺️

Called for a quote on brake pads/rotors and a flush. Jason would not even entertain giving me a quote over the phone for parts and labor. Just kept saying they will beat other quotes and a better warranty. Said I would need to come in to evaluate. I’m not going to come into a shop if they won’t give me a figure for parts and labor. Highly disappointed

Did work here during covid and they honestly scammed me and over taxed me and took extra long on purpose with no communication the entire time. I had to call constantly to get updates on my car that took 3-5 months to repair. biggest reason ill never come back is when i went to pay the expensive ticket that was 30% drawn out time so they could tax me more for labor. One of the employees set my key in front of me and the manager or whoever snatched the key off the table like i was going to steal my own car. I'm posting this review 6 years later cause i still think about this bs. don't go here. I will admit that the work they did on my car was pristine and had it running better than before so it wasn't all bad.

They say they will back up the craftsmanship. I was in today about some work they did.A bolt from one of the shocks That they removed to do some work on bolts came off. Wanted them to fix it.My be 1/2hrs work .Told him what was wrong .Got Attitude right way. Sat there 2hr asked I asked Him about it. Then he said had to make sure What was going on if they had worked on it. I told him you guys did the hold front end. A arms. Struts, bushing .front wheel alinement. Which he new. Got more Attitude. So left never going back. So be careful Who works on you car, We pay good money for for good work But not there

This place may be conveniently located but it’s definitely smoke and mirrors. I gave them my car expecting for over a thousand dollars of work to be done after four hours and they didn’t even touch my vehicle. That cost was inflated and didn’t include the parts which I personally bought. Instead of them I highly recommend 1st Tech Auto Service on 27th.

I have taken my car into Kerry's car care a few times. The location on 43rd Olive. They are so great. The are very professional and have so much patience with there customers. Let me tell you that goes a long way with me. Especially in this world these days you don't get that kind of help, that kind of customer service. I've dealt will Jason who is a blessing a angel he's very honest and helpful and answers all questions very respectfully n with patience and to the best of his ability. Will has also helped me so much they are both at the front counter answering phones taking care of there customers with integrity and efficiency. The whole staff there deserves more great reviews. I would recommend them to everyone I know who needs any car repair. Keep up they great work gentlemen you guys are great!!!! Can't say it enough. 10 stars if I could.
