I have been utilizing K-face Rides for all of my airport transportation for nearly 4 years now. Alex has always gone above and beyond for my family and I with on-time pick-up's, impeccable communication, and competitive pricing. By your own admission you are using the Friesian horses from the farm that has been in legal battles with the state of Vermont for several years due to their severe neglect, starvation and mismanagement of these beautiful horses. Over 79 horses have been removed from that farm in 4 separate seizures. The laws in Vermont regarding animal cruelty are pathetic and the case is moving at a glacial rate. In the meantime, he still has about 60 more horses he's abusing. The horses that you show pulling the funeral coach are visibly underweight. There are other farms you could be reaching out to, but you went out of your way to leave this guy a five-star review. So that you can use abused and underweight horses and brag about it? It shows a lack of empathy that's rather startling in a funeral director. It's a shame you choose to be a part of this problem.
