I worked with Alex in sales and he was great. We test drove a vehicle and looked at a couple others but the lot didn't have what I was looking for at the time. He called to let me know when they got new vehicles that may interest me and made sure to follow up on any questions I had. Even though I found a car elsewhere. If you are looking for something at Kia, Alex was great to work with.

Brought my Telluride in for warranty work. One of my side view mirrors seemed loose. Apparently if the mirror is moved off center it needs to be reset with the electric button. Instead of educating their customer about the idiosyncrasies of their mirror system they charged me $60.00 to push a button. I will not be back nor will I buy another KIA.

Basically got scammed by accident due lack of knowledge by employees, those employees are not to blame however because there were not even in the positions they were hired or have experience for! I was told after getting my vehicle checked due to a flashing engine light to come back when that light is on to see if you fall under warranty, well I did. However, when I came back due to what I was told, I found out since I even got it checked in the first place that I don't qualify for warranty but only AFTER they told me I still qualify and agreed to the service. So if I knew that because they checked my vehicle already that would mean I don't qualify I wouldn't of come in in the first place.

We had a very pleasant experience with Mohamed. I came in wanting to test drive a specific vehicle that I had seen online, but it was already sold. Mohamed was great and listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle and what my budget was. He was so kind and not pushy at all when I drove a couple vehicles I was not comfortable in, he was very optimistic in finding something I would like and be comfortable in and afford, and sure enough the third time was the charm. I fell in love with the Kia Soul and the rest of the transaction went smoothly. He is also very personable with a great sense of humor also. Had a great experience at the Fargo Kia. I had been struggling with my Kia access app so while I was getting an oil change I asked for some assistance. The service advisor was not able to help with my issues so she connected me with a sales associate. Mike was a rockstar, he took the time to help me reset my app and vehicle to get them linked up again. I really appreciated him taking to time to help me when he was not profiting from it.

I worked with Conner and he was fabulous! He met my 1,000 questions and endless test drives with lots of patience and extensive knowledge. We looked through lots of different options that fit within my budget and I appreciate that he was honest about the pros and cons of each vehicle type and about payment plan options with no intense sales tactics. I never felt pressured to buy that exact day and he made it clear he wanted me to find the exact package I wanted. I talked to a few other staff members here and there which all met me with the same wealth of knowledge and welcoming demeanor. Would recommend to a friend and will definitely be shopping here again!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Irene was wonderful to work with. She respected my budget, never tried to push me into anything I didn’t want while still explaining all my options. This was my first time buying from a dealership so I had a lot of questions, Irene was always prompt in her responses both via phone and email. The entire sale was explained in detail and the quotes I was given were accurate, no surprises at the time of sale. I interacted with a handful of staff there and everyone was very professional and respectful, definitely not the same experience I had at other dealerships in town.
