Had an issue with my car that required unique maintenance that the dealership had not performed before. Loaner car was provided for the 1 month duration of the maintenance and the customer care team kept me informed on the status of the service and any additional maintenance that was required. On the day of pickup the car the battery was dead. My Kia connect app had indicated that the battery had dropped to zero two days prior to them calling to notify me that the maintenance was complete. It was likely they had left the doors open and the lights on during maintenance and had drained the battery potienally shortening the lifespan of the battery. I have worked with and around highly qualified ASA and ASE mechanics and this error shows a lack of attention to detail that I am concerned could have led to other things being missed during the service.

Was told a service advisor would be in contact with me but never heard from her . Was sent a message when car was done but that’s it! Also was told we could have had a rental car after the fact that would have saved 2000 miles in my new personal car but wows never even offered that as an option. Poor communication!

The sales team was great, but once I was moved over to the finance side to sign the paperwork and get my vehicle it went slightly down hill. I had an appointment scheduled with finance and they were an hour late to get to me. And while waiting I got to listen to the very unprofessional front desk employee. She was good at changing her behavior when talking with customers, but she was extremely rude and inappropriate when speaking with other employees, which was done right in front of customers. The transaction doesn’t just stop once the sale has been agreed to. Every employee in the building represents the company. If I could have given a half a star I would have, because the finance situation would have been reduced by half a star and the front desk employee is a 1.5 star reduction.
