I can say that out of all the bike mechanics that I've gone to in the area, these guys are, by far, the best experience I've ever had. I posted every do earlier stating I would drive from the west side to San tan because of how I was treated. A week or two later my clutch went out. I was able to get it to Kinetic Motorsports to be worked on. When I got my bike back it was better than when I had bought it with only six hundred miles. Really happy with the service. Very good communication and updates along the way. They fully diagnosed my kx250 top and bottom end with quote to repair and repaired my dr-z 125 carb,chain, tire and tube, intake boot, ,tuned it and a few other bells and whistles they even reupholstered my seat and shined it up for a awesome price. FIRST OFF ID LIKE TO SAY a WHAT A GENTLEMAN THIS GUY DUSTY WAS. Dusty practically put me under his wing when he had asked if my bike needed some loven aka fixen. And this man jumped right into action and help me. Knowing that I was really in a FinanciasDusty went full brother mode and understood me fully. The fact that him and I only discussed changeing my tire, this guy went approve and be yound and looked at my bike inside and out. He found so many issues and kept me up to date with all of it. Knowing that this guy was so communicative made me feel like my bike was actually being taken care of. Dusty truly blew my mind when I got my bike back for he added on some special effects to my bike. lol blinkers. Which I love so deeply. No more hand signals. 10stars! Please read, No bluff! I feel every one has the best shop to go to if you ask but I wouldn't hesitate to argue kinetic motorsports is the best. I pride myself on honesty and a review from me is very much earned/means something. I don't give them out easily at all. This 4th of July weekend me and my wife finally got a 2 day off vacation together after working opposite shifts for over a year with opposite days off as well. We decided to escape the heat and go to big lake with the bikes but they wouldn't run. This shop didn't only save the trip with NO NOTICE but the owner himself did the work alone on a holiday that he could have been with his family. He could have told me to kick rocks like all the other shops did but he didnt. I have to add I'm not any one he knew before I messaged him late the day before the holiday that he ended up fixing our bikes(on the 4th). This is a shop that cares not just about bikes but the people on them too. Making, making memories possible. We owne 2 newer Kawasaki dirt bikes that sat in air-condition storage but wouldn't stay running anymore. I put new gas in them a month ago and they had trouble but I thought I didn't get the gas out the line so last min before our trip I went to get them out to ride them a little (get the gas moving) and they definitely needed a helping hand above my knowledge. Kinetic motorsports was the only shop out of over 15 that I called that would even give me the time of day. Dusty didn't only answer the call, he saved the trip and went way above all my expectations. Me and my wife have never felt safer on our bikes before taking them to him at kinetic motorsports. He is honest, honorable and responsible. I would trust them with any of my bikes going forward form my road toys to off road fun he's got my business. He has a winners attitude but keeps it humble. At his shop everything is clean and organized. I'll also say a very professional process with all parts tagged as they come off. I got the bikes back in time for the trip cleaned/washed, every bolt in place and running stronger then the day I got them from show room floor. He didn't half fast anything. This man should be proud, he's going places no doubt!!! You have customers for life and we can't wait to get you guys on our other projects/toys. Thank you so much!!! 5 stars for your shop and another 5 for the hero of our vacation!!!

I would leave 100 stars if I could! Dusty and Ryan are really great dudes! This was the second shop I brought my bike within a week. They found the problems the previous shop missed and had her fixed within a few days. I had a pretty small timeframe, which they had no problem working with, and the cost was very reasonable. I had an outstanding experience working with Dusty at Kinetic. I had a totally shredded rear tire on my bike and had no way of getting it to any shop. Kinetic provides an incredible pickup service for a very reasonable price, but that is just the beginning. The whole process was incredible. From detailed photos, reasonable repair suggestions and excellent pricing, Dusty had me back on the road with some much needed TLC for my bike. I'd even say that he saved my life by noticing some potentially catastrophic issues with one of the front forks. I've dealt with a number of shops over the last few years, but I'm done searching for one now. All my business will be directed towards Kinetic and I can't recommend them enough to anyone that is in need of fair prices and excellent service. Thank you!

Where to begin. When I was researching, I thought these reviews were too good to be true. Now here I am writing one. Everything is true. Awesome human. Near constant updates including photos and video. No upsell crap, simply advice and potential ups and downs. My R1was dead (starter). He drove an hr to pick it up and dropped it off, polished from forks to plate. EXTREMELY happy to have found him. The detail of his work is almost unheard of. Detailed estimate and receipt. No BS ‘shop fees, laundry fees, dirty rag cleaning fees, used-the-crapper fees’, either. The jobs, broken down piece by piece and fluids if needed. Hope I don’t need him for a while, but if I do, he’s just a call away. THANK YOU, Dusty!
