I recently had a leak repaired in my dodge Ram, and I have a few things to say about it. The good: communication was thorough, shop was easy to find, leak was found and fixed, pricing was up front. The bad: the pricing included removal of surface water, when I got home I discovered a lake under the drivers side rear seat (see photo). I let them know, and they said they had removed water from that area twice and there was so much water in the carpets it must be “pooling there.” Ok, fair, so I asked if they had checked the other side under the speakers. I was told no, they couldn’t get the seat up. It took me one minute of searching on YouTube to figure out how to raise the seat (it has a lock that it easily bypassed). Was able to raise it and remove the speaker and there was water there. The $675 service included removing surface water and that wasn’t done. I was told there was mold and mildew in three quadrants and I would need their drying and mold mitigation service to repair it, but the first opening they had was a month out and it would be an additional $699 and take several days to perform. I made the appointment and got a second opinion. That shop used a moisture meter and showed me that the carpets were almost dry a week out from the service at KWL. They proceeded to dry steam, use an air mover, and a dehumidifier and it was within normal limits within an hour with zero indication of mold. When I mentioned that the leak had come from the third brake light and had been repaired, along with the cost, they told me that was a common issue with Dodges and Fords and a lot of owners need to have it remedied. Their cost to place the bead of silicone that is around my brake light now was $35. Now, I will again mention that costs were presented up front and I knew what I was paying, however, my leak was very easily remedied, and a “have you looked at your third brake light” would have been (I feel) the honest thing to do. It might not have been that, and in that case I would have definitely needed their services. But as it was, I couldn’t really afford what I paid, and am kicking myself now that I know what was going on. Bottom line: it’s fixed, hopefully correctly, but I won’t be using their services again.

Amazing service! Very professional and fast! They went above and beyond what I expected. Turns out the leak I thought was coming in from the front window of my SUV... Was really coming from the back and all the water was pooling in the front! Not only did they find & fix the leaks but they also removed the mold and cleaned/spot treated my carpet! Best of all it was very reasonably priced for all the work they did!! If your vehicle is leaking I highly recommend using them!

Years ago my 2003 Lincoln Town Car had a leak that is common on this body style. They fixed it immediately. I since acquired a 2005 Town Car and soon after receiving it, it started to show a similar but much more extreme leak. This one was hard to diagnose and I had to return this car multiple times to find the major cause of this very indirect leak. the water was pooling in the rear passenger footwell and the cause of the leak was under the hood of the car where the hood release passes through the fire wall. They worked long hours at no additional charge to find the source and fix the problem. They are good people!

Josh was wonderful to work with! My truck was leaking from the sunroof, and the headliner and drivers seat was wet. He worked me into the schedule quickly, and it was repaired the same day. I got my truck back dried out, and it costed not a penny more than I was quoted. Very happy with his work! I hope to NOT be a repeat customer, but if my truck gets another leak, I know where I'm going.

Great customer service and great quality work product. Recommend KWR. Car had a leak. They found 10 and fixed them. Picked it up and drove it away and there was still 1 last one. We brought it back and they spent 2 days working on it because the last hole was a real devil to find. Charged a fair price both times. I would take the car back again.

I highly recommend Kitsap Waterleak Repair. I purchased a 1978 Corvette a few years ago. It became waterlogged the first time it was outside during a storm. KWL was willing to take on the task of working with an older car when other shops (including multiple Corvette specialty shops) refused or could not. They got back to me within a day of contacting them on their website, and were friendly and willing to do whatever it took to get my car drivable in our rainy state. From the start, communication has been great -- they explain the work they've done clearly (without any upselling). They're upfront about pricing, and they do great work but also were clear about wanting to see it again if there were problems. Josh's statement "we are excited to work on your car" and every discussion we've had since then has shown that they are enthusiastic about cars and dedicated to excellence. These are car people who saw my vehicle as a welcome challenge and clearly love solving the puzzle. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with Kitsap Waterleak Repair! Kristen was super helpful over the phone, explaining their services in detail and setting the right expectations for the initial triage. When I dropped off my car, I met Gabe, who was friendly and walked me through what to expect with the repair process. Midway through the job, I stopped by the shop to drop off a carpet I had forgotten to include for cleaning. That’s when I met Joshua, who took the time to show me the progress and gave me a realistic timeline for when everything would be finished. Turns out, there was mold growing under the seats—something I never would have caught if I had tried to handle the cleanup myself. They completely stripped the interior, dried everything out, treated the affected areas, and put it all back together. By the time they were done, my car looked and smelled like nothing ever happened! Absolutely worth the investment to get leaks properly fixed and make sure mold and moisture are fully taken care of. If you need leak repair or water removal, these guys know their stuff. Highly recommend! Update: Wanted to share a quick follow-up after a recent visit… Had another great experience with Kitsap Waterleak Repair and wanted to add an update to my original review. After some heavy rain and the car sitting for a bit, I noticed moisture again and reached out. The team was responsive, clear about next steps, and took the time to recheck everything thoroughly. Communication was excellent throughout, and they even handled a small follow-up issue quickly and without hassle. What really stands out is the continued care after the initial repair — they’re approachable, transparent, and genuinely want things done right. It’s reassuring to work with a shop that stands behind their work and makes follow-ups easy. Highly recommend them if you want both expertise and long-term peace of mind.

If you have a leak, this is the place to get it fixed! Not only did they do a great job fixing my sunroof leak, but they went above and beyond to work with me when I had to take my car back for a few hours in the middle of the repair process due to a family matter. They made the everything so easy and stress-free for me, and I can't thank them enough for their flexibility and compassion. And to top it off, they were more than fair on price and even gave me a discount on the cleaning after the repair, since they knew I had just spent a ton on mold removal and the car ended up getting wet again while waiting for the repair. As a broke college student, it really helped - it's obvious they care about their customers. Thank you to everyone at Kitsap Waterleak Repair, and congratulations on your new garage!

This place is amazing. Perfect customer service, fast, thorough, professional, high-quality work, reasonable price, convenient drop off, invoicing, and payment process. Highly recommend these guys. We had a leaky sunroof and a bunch of water sitting in the driver's side and driver's side back passenger seat buckets. Got the car back all organized, cleaned, fixed and mold/water remediated. ~Matt

How long has it been since you were told something and what was said turned out to be 100% true.I had a sunroof leak, it's been fixed before, yet here we are addressing the same issue. I was told it would be addressed and if found, repaired. After 5 days of rain, no leaks, dry interior. They have my respect and confidence. In my opinion, if you give them a shot, you will be glad you did. No regrets here.. Thom

My liftgate was leaking really bad, when I brought it in they discovered and repaired the issue quickly. Unfortunately there was one other leak after I picked it up. I called them and he was able to take it right back and look again, he found a second leak and fixed that leak quickly and free of charge! Now my car is leak free. Great customer service and reasonably priced! Would reccomend.

They know what they’re doing and fixed the problem quickly! I had accidentally taken my car in a day early and they actually fixed it early. I even told them I would come pick it up. The only complaint I have are the high prices but I have no reference for if they are average or not. (for example a leak fix of any kind is around $730). That is a whole lot for me but for others I am sure that is reasonable. Anyways I think their efficiency and effectiveness makes it worth it! I recommend them!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Originally took my car to a water leak specialist and said my windshield was causing the leak and they were wrong, many other companies I called were not responding the phones and my cars floor boards had puddles of water and this was during the rainiest time in the area, very bothered no company was answering their phones or forcefully sending me to voice mail and my cars floor boards getting more water I gave this company a try and they were of great help took my car in and did a thorough inspection and found why my car was leaking they did the repair and now a few weeks later while driving in heavy rain and heavy rain fall the car is dry as a bone. Overall great price, honest company, actually answer the phones, and the best part after hour drop off and pick up.

Our 2017 Nissan Murano had been fogging up,the rugs, mats and window posts regularly were saturated with water and a drip began from the rear headliner seat belt retract mechanism!! Local body shops were of no help and the Nissan dealership said it was a chronic problem with Murano sunroofs!! (Big bucks just for a diagnosis!) One honest body shop in Tacoma recommended Kitsap Waterleak Repair and we were very pleased with the knowledge, availability and courtesy we experienced upon personally meeting with Joshua at his shop! The problem was diagnosed and repaired. Seats rugs and headliner were professionally cleaned disinfected dried and never looked better!! The rain season is here, the entire car is now water tight, smells brand newand no longer fogs up!! Thanks for the fantastic customer service and quality of workmanship from entire crew at Kitsap Waterleak Repair! Kevin Jacobsen

Our Land Rover developed a terrible leak to the point when we opened the doors- water would run out. The carpets were soaked. Everything i read or was told pointed to plugged sunroof drain tubes. I called the dealer, an auto glass shop, and an autobody shop, but just didn't feel any confidence in them to find the problem, let alone do the repairs. MAX RPM recommended Kitsap Waterleak Repair- called them, and they were able to take our car in promptly. They determined it was actually the windshield seal that was causing the leak. They kept me very informed throughout the entire process, and I am 100% confident in their work. Highly recommend.

THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE……My 2011 Dodge had a water leak, likely from the sunroof. After some information exchange, I made an appointment. Dropped off on my appointment day, the staff were friendly and engaging. The repair was completed the same day, within the quoted price. So far, through several heavy rains and truck washes, no water leaks at all… I would totally recommend… Thank you, KWR
