Absolutely wonderful! I went to have my brakes checked because I heard scrapping and they were not only able to fix it, but also provided such pleasant service! As a student far from home, they were so accommodating. They provided a full inspection of my car with pictures beyond even the main problem. I came across this company based upon their sign out front advertising European auto specialists. I recommended them to by brother (he just moved here) for problems he had with his BMW. When he traded in his BMW, they recommended replacement vehicles and he brought one he was considering buying to have it checked out (which he bought and is very happy with). Fast forward to today where I had an issue with my Ford truck. They initially isolated the truck’s likely fault, but it wasn’t acting up any more. Rather than just going through with the repair I already authorized, they later called me and recommended no action taken until the fault was confirmed, saving me over $1,000. I watched Lucas work on my vehicle and the care and professionalism was very impressive. But what has me sold on Nick and Lucas is their honesty. I’ve been swindled before, as most people have, and I was floored to experience real honest mechanics not trying to just change out parts and selling services which weren’t required. I’ve found the auto service company for me and they have my loyalty now!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I feel very fortunate I have finally found a mechanic I can take my car to and feel confident that I did not get taken advantage of. This is important to me because I have gone places that made me feel like I needed to get things fixed that weren’t necessary. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and how quick it took to get everything fixed. They were very professional and considerate.
