Great people to do business with! Very knowledgeable and does excellent work. Have used them to repair a couple of my vehicles and have never had a problem with their service work. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicles.

I, and my entire family, have and will always continue to have James work on our vehicles! They are simply the best when it comes to automotive repair and honesty; Funny enough, you never hear those two words together(automotive/honest). What's even better is that not only are they fair and kind, when they fix something, THEY ACTUALLY FIX IT! I've had two vehicles before my current and both were maintained by them, one was a pesky Jeep that always was dying on me yet James always knew what was wrong and always asks before correcting problems that might accur in the future. They never give you the sleazy sales pitch to wring your pockets empty.

I pretty much knew what was wrong with my car. I took my vehicle to the Nissan dealership located in Clermont. The dealership quoted me $3,200 and they couldn't diagnose the problem. I then took my vehicle to Koncyk Automotive. They fixed my vehicle in two hours and charged me $180.00 including parts. I only told them what the vehicle was doing but never told them what needed to be done. They figured it out right away. I strongly recommend Koncyk Automotive. They're very knowledgeable and HONEST :)

James Koncyk is a master mechanic and has taken care of every automotive problem we had with our vehicles. Honest, fair prices, and a nice guy! His wife, Julie, is the office manager and a lovely gal.

I have recently moved to Minneola and was looking for a good mechanic. Koncyk was recommended to me by a neighborhood website. I am so glad I took the chance! They were very honesty and fair priced. I will definitely go to them in the future for all my automotive issues. I recommend them highly!

Transmission needed replacement and James recommended Jasper and explained everything to me and pointed out the rear main seal to be replaced as well to save me money down the road. The repair was expensive but he was honest and I felt good leaving his shop knowing I was taken care of. I appreciate the help and will recommend and use again if needed.

We have had nothing but top rate service from Koncyk Automotive! They have worked on several of our vehicles and have, without exception preformed exceptionally! James worked on an issue without our Jeep Liberty a few years ago. The Jeep had been to the dealership numerous times and been returned with the same problem. James repaired it a few years ago and completely corrected the issue and we have not had any other problems! If you are looking for an exceptional and honest mechanic this is your place!

I previously took my 2021 Ford Escape to the Ford dealership, they told me I need to replace my engine which would cost me around $10k . I decided to take it to Koncyk Automotive after being referred, they found it was an issue with a fuse. They fixed it and had it ready for my in a day and saved me from thousands. They were very honest and great people to work with, I highly recommend them for any services you may need!

I visited Koncyk Auto for the first time this week. James and Julie, the owners, were pleasant, down to earth, and straight-forward. They treated me with respect. I had my daughter's car towed to them to repair a broken brake line. James did a good job. He was quick, efficient and charged a great price. I was very happy with the service, want to spread the message and will be going back to them with my auto repair needs.

Julie and James are extremely reliable and equally knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot say enough great things about the team at Koncyk. Our family of 6 only goes to them for over 5 years.

I can’t say enough good things about Koncyk Automotive! They went above and beyond to take care of a much-needed door lock replacement on my work truck. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right were truly impressive. They understood the urgency of the repair and made sure I was back on the road quickly. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great service, expertise, and genuine customer care, but Koncyk Automotive delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch automotive service!

Amazing service. I was passing through this area with my SOWERS group doing some volunteer maintenance work at the Florida Baptist Encampment. It's always hit and miss trying to find qualified mechanics while traveling cross-country. I needed an oil change and brake job. Julie the office manager was wonderful to work with because my schedule was kind of chaotic. Then, after making an appointment, my Check Engine light came on. Uh-oh. While a shady mechanic could have told me anything, and I would have paid it; James explained what he found and the different options I had available. His recommendation was to replace the cheapest component first (a relay switch) before doing the second option, a much more VERY EXPENSIVE repair. I glad he told me this, because I have not had an issue since leaving his shop. Very reasonably priced service. Oh, watch out for their tiny dog who thinks he can beat up your truck! ;) Thank you James and Julie for taking very wonderful care of me! God bless you both.

James and Julie at Koncyk Automotive are the reason we’ve never had to second-guess a repair. We’ve taken our car there for years, along with my mom’s, and they’ve handled everything with skill, honesty, and real care. James is the kind of mechanic who explains things clearly, never pushes what you don’t need, and gets it done right. Julie keeps everything running up front and makes sure you always feel taken seriously. It’s the kind of place you’re grateful to have found.
