I got into a car accident and Koplin was the closest representative for the insurance company of the guy who hit me. They fixed my car very well, were courteous, and followed up with me at regular intervals. To top it all off they cleaned my car as part of the service, and they cleaned it well! We brought our car here to have a dent fixed, I was a little skeptical considering it is Pearl White and it is hard to blend, well it came out spot on! Beautiful work!! I absolutely love this auto body spot! My family and I have taken all our cars here for years. Adel is the sweetest and most understanding person. Rita the front desk agent was also great and answered all my questions whenever I called for updates. This auto body shop Tries to get your car back to you asap! I want to thank everyone who worked on my KIA Telluride at Koplin Auto Body for an exceptional experience. Upon starting the claims process to the updates along the way and then finally getting my car back to like new condition has been a welcoming and professional endeavor. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable in what they do and make the process super easy for you. They also have an Enterprise Rental on site so you can rest assured that you will leave with a rental vehicle while your primarily vehicle is in repairs. Highly recommended. Where do I even start, first off the staff is hands down the nicest people in the world I would come back just to have a cup of coffee and hang out. 2nd the work that they do is jawn dropping and so quick I dropped my car off on a Saturday and got a call on Tuesday morning to pick it up. 3rd the pricing is very very reasonable for the work they did doesn’t rip a hole in the bank at all. Í wanted to start saying that Koplin Auto Body is not a regular business company. They are like a family and treat me that way. When I took my 2025 suburban to that shop to be fixed after the back bumper was damage due to the negligence of a young driver; They gave me the peace of mind and reassurance that my car will be the same way when I took it from the dealer. This is my second experience with Koplin in a year. No one wants to have to go thru the process of getting one's car repaired via insurance as the experience can sometimes be less than stellar. Not here at Koplin. The staff is welcoming, accomodating and sympathetic to what you are going thru and they provide a soothing atmoshere to what many would consider a stressful time. And of course they are extremely efficient in doing their repair jobs. I am wholly satisfied with them and highly recommend their services!

My personal experience at Koplin was great! Since the day I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was greeted by two ladies. Adele and the other name I can’t remember. Both of them were extremely nice, kind and friendly. The process of filling out the forms was smooth and they were on top of any questions I had. The communication about what what’s going on with my car was constant and detailed. I will definitely come back if I need any service done with my car. Highly recommended. Professional and kind people. Adele was very patient with me. I wasn’t able to pick up my car early anf she waited for me on a Saturday after closing hours for me to go and pick up my car. I really appreciate you Adele. Amazing job. Kudos for the amazing guy from Enterprise inside the office who made my rental process very smooth. What a great place.
