I should have reviewed this place a long time ago. Service technician Jason alone is worth 5 stars- but I have honestly never received less than remarkable service at this location from any staff. I take my vehicles here for regular maintenance, but they have also been more than eager to help me in times of emergency services…two flat tires in the middle of a flood storm…filling up my engine oil that has somehow all leaked out & car dashboard lights are warning distress…. I can’t say enough about their customer service values. Of course my cars are my babies too, but as a mom of four, the safety piece of mind is top priority! I would not trust my vehicles’ welfare anywhere else! (Pics for vehicle reference.)

Was told a service would take about an hour and a half. Ended up taking 2 and a half hours. Car was moved so oil changes could be performed instead of taking care of my service. No organization and asked to fill out info sheet 3 times while waiting. What a mess this place is.

I went to pick up a U-Haul this morning at this location. David helped me and was beyond accommodating and helpful. I also saw him and his coworker (this man had a hat on and tattoos) deal with some difficult customers and handle the situation so professionally. I’ve gone to this location for an oil change before and had a good experience, but I was beyond impressed with the customer service I saw David provide today! I will definitely be coming back the next time I need my car serviced.

Terrible experience…. I used to love coming here as it is very close to home and the service was quick. Recently I came to get an oil change, and shortly after getting home I noticed all the oil had leaked out of it. Not even a single drop left! I had to get the car towed to the dealership and pay for a new oil change. I spoke with one of the managers on duty who was very friendly (don’t know his name) and said I would be contacted the following Monday after this interaction. I was never contacted nor was I issued a refund. Y’all need to do better! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

Do not ever go to this location. I looked online for an oil change and saw that this place had great reviews and a $50 synthetic blend oil change. When I arrived they said it would be a 35 minute wait and that they could do a synthetic blend oil change on my car for $50. It took them over an hour to complete the service and when I checked out, I was charged $80 for their full synthetic since my car could not take the synthetic blend. At no point during the process was I informed about the change in price and when I communicated that to the manager they refused to do anything about it. I also had a coupon for $15 off an oil change valid at any location but the manager refused to honor that either. I was also told that if I was not happy to never come back to this location.
