The pump will lock your card in place and not return it for a few minutes then tell you to pay inside. Do not go here if you want a quick fillup.

Absolutely awful. Called 2, clicked through a ridiculous amount of menus both times, to see if there was an air pump. No answer either time so I go on my flat only to find out they charge $2 for air. I repeat $2 FOR AIR.

The clerk was on his phone the entire time the store was a disaster. When I asked him what would happen if a manager or a assistant manager walked in what he would do and his responded with the manager is out of town. He did say he usually worked on south 56th which i cant see them letting any of this behavior slid. His attitude down to his wrinkled bright orange shirt was awful and I'll stick with my normal store on 33rd and holdrige

The time is 9:05 p.m. Tuesday night, a Kwik Shop waiting in line behind a woman that was the friend of the cashier and they sat there and talked about 5-10 minutes about absolutely nothing, while I waited to be served. I happen to be an African American male and I don't know if that has any bearing on the situation but it sure felt like it. The cashier was so enthralled in her conversation with her friend that she did not even make contact with me until I turned around and started to leave. The frustrating thing is that they looked at me as I backed out of the parking spot as if I was the one with the problem

The older lady in the glasses was rude, not once but multiple occasions. She loves to argue/have an attitude even when she is wrong. I live nearby and stop there a lot. Everytime I see her, I turn around and walk out the door. I just dont have the patience to deal with her. She's not only incompetent, but she also can't do math, on top of that, she gets flustered if you tell her she's wrong, usually leaving her drawer short, but whatever, not my problem if her boss don't care that they keep losing money. She is definitely not fit to be a cashier.

Has the rudest cashiers in all of the stores in town. The prepay is a joke when it's during the day, the Safety person, Linda, said that they've had too many drive offs which is why everything is prepay or card, and when I made the comment about how I loved being treated like a criminal, her comment was "Hey lady, I'm just doing my job" in a snotty way. Only reason I go into this place is to buy gas for my mower. Guess I'll go to my usual gas station next time across town so I don't have to deal with Kwik Shops or their rude employees. I don't see the need to have to pay with a card for a couple dollars worth of gas, and I don't see the need to have to make 2 trips in just to retrieve change. This store has NEVER been a very good location to deal with.

This used to be a nice gas station but it's steadily gone downhill. Bathrooms are always closed. Homeless hanging out all over. Somehow the snacks and drinks selection has gotten smaller. Dirty and unkempt... Bypass this one and go to the HyVee station about 4-5 blocks to the East.

While on my way to work this morning, I stopped at Qwik Shop on 44th & O Street for some gas and to use the restroom. I was met my a disheveled girl behind the counter with a very odd, high pitched voice who told me I was ānot allowed to use the restrooms at nightā. I went back to pump my gas but realized this was like 5:30 am and it was now morning and no longer night. I went back in to ask for her manager and was told she was āthe manager right nowā and unbeknownst to me, my friend had called inside and was on the phone with said āmanagerā, at which time I was told I could use it āthis one timeā and I peed and went about my way. 0 out of 10 recommend this gas station for future purchases. And if it is so sacred, this bathroom, MAYBE YOU SHOULD CLEAN THE DAMN THING.

The employee locked the door and was doing drugs in someone's car. I thought it was 24 hours but no one was in sight so the drug deal was goin on aside the building. I thought this was a safe zone.... I also called the cops

The young guy who has a long hair, who works here is a very respectful man who speaks clearly and says sorry for anything that the other cashiers say that is not appropriate. I was here today and Iām just heading back. There is other cashier who used the F word regarding separating some cigarettes and stocking them somewhere else and he was sorry for that because I heard her say that. I hope she changes and good luck to the young pal with the long hair and glasses. I Shop at this quick Shop every single day

Came in and got gas and some snacks. Came back in to use the bathroom and had to urgently go but was told the bathrooms were āout of serviceā. It was obvious they just put a sign in front so they donāt have to tend to them. Had to go across the street to Phillips 66 who gladly let me use their bathroom without even a purchase. 0/10 to the rude man at the counter who told a heavily pregnant woman she canāt use the restroom. Havenāt been back!

No price tag on the hot wheels, rang up as a set of 3 with a price almost 2x-3x that of a normal hot wheels. Kinda scummy tactics for a childās toy. Just put the price up so parents arenāt pay 3x for something thatās 1.50 or 2 anywhere else. I get itās a gas station but not having the price up seems shitty.
