I just witnessed the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen! A young girl was buying donuts. She was 12/13(?) The cashier made her throw one donut in the trash, because she was 40 cents short of being able to pay for it! In the trash! It's a sad world sometimes.

Preston and the staff, showed good service. Helped the restaurant next door with a 2wheeler to lift a 300 pound dough mixer off our pick up truck. (Saved the restaurants wood floors and our backs LOL).

never coming to this location again. one of the kitchen people came out and asked for my number and asked me to come back into the bathroom with him his name tag said COLE. another employee with NATHAN on the name tag with him were doing zyns right there in the window of the kitchen. disgusting and so unprofessional

Generally I like Kwik Star's however the one on Utica Ridge is terrible. One third of their gas pumps are not functioning and about 50% of the time I have to go into the store to get my fuel receipt. It's too bad because it is less than a mile from my house but because of the problems I go to one of their other locations.

I come in almost every day, and not once have I ever had a problem with anything. Everyone is always really nice, and the hot foods are stocked about 95% of the time. No matter what time you come in midnight or during lunch rush, everyone is really nice

Awesome hot food and a variety of drinks and snacks as well as sandwiches and breakfast items such as cinnamon rolls with extra icing on them. Mmmm... Those are to die for! If you are in need of some air in your tire or a bit of petrol fuel, Kwik Star is your spot.

A bit disappointing that we can’t place a “missing dog” flyer on the community board by the bathrooms. Service is still lovely and the lady at the cash register was extremely helpful when inquiring about it to her manager. Not sure if this is a Kwik Star rule but just doesn’t sit well with me.

The cashier said I put it the wrong pin number I saidaybe I push to many buttons he said no I didn't do that he wanted my pin number that is private info nobody ever has asked me to give them my pin number. When I refused to give him my pin number he said that he would have to cancel the order and rering it I said for get I will go someplace else

Stopped at 2:00pm for a coffee drink and snack! This location is the worse I’ve ever been in! I usually admire KWIK Star for their cleanliness and products are always filled and available. But not this location, everything I touched was dirty and sticky. The coffee machines were empty of some products and no one knew how to remedy the problem! This was my first and last time at this location!

There's 2 clerks that are not friendly at all and they are older women. Not sure if it's an age thing. But all the young clerks are happy and friendly and helpful. A warm smile means everything.

Been in this place properly 40 times in last 2 months not once did they have pizza in pizza area guess I'll be going to Casey's! Talk to employs will have pizza stocked from now on next day picture nothing!Back Monday looks like they don't sell cooked pizza anymore now they took it away? Definitely Casey's from now on no more Kwik Star?

While checking out - I picked up a couple items and went to place them in a bag and the manager looked directly at me and said in a snarky tone…. Would you like to do this or me. I scoped away from counter when she finished, I took my thing and left. I do not appreciate being treated like a 5 year old when I was just trying to help.

I decided to stop by this Kwik Star location after doing some work at a nearby cafe prior to returning home. This Kwik Star is not the closest one to my home, but it was nearby at the time. I can confidently say that, after this visit, this Kwik Star is very much of the same quality as the others I've visited in the Quad Cities. This particular location is also nearly identical to the one on Devils Glen Road in its overall layout. The hot case, beer cave, coffee, baked goods, and nearly everything else are in the exact same locations. It certainly made things easier for me, as I was able to easily find the Chex mix and diet Mountain Dew I wanted to get on this visit. Checkout was also painless. After asking if I had rewards or wanted to get them and my declining both, the cashier checked me out and I was on my way. The process was quick and on par with similar experiences at other Kwik Star locations. I'd definitely come back here again if in the area. Thanks for being a great convenience store and gas station in Bettendorf!
