I haven't had my car in almost a year. I took it to another facility that just strung me along they didn't know what they were doing. When I had it towed to Land Rover Jaguar South they took care of me and my car. I really appreciate their expertise and professionalism. From the service department to detailing and to their checkout receptionist they were just what I expected and more from Land Rover. Their customer service is above par. If you want to be taken care of properly, professionally and with dignity. Take your vehicle to them you won't be disappointed.

I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to share the recent wonderful experience I had at Land Rover South Atlanta. From the moment I pulled into the bays I was greeted by warm faces and a calm & clean atmosphere. From that point they proceeded to meet and exceed my expectations. Not only was I able to get my fluids topped they were able to bring me straight in for an alignment. They also inspected my vehicle, did not make any outlandish recommendations, and kept me updated as they efficiently completed my service. Within the time they committed my car was serviced, washed and returned to me. The checkout process was also friendly and efficient. My past experiences at this facility had not been so favorable. The change in management and leadership has transformed this service facility. I will be brinigng my vehicles to them in the future. Special thank you to Rich and Tiffany for being such incredible representations of the facility.

Once I arrived, Rich was very communicative and explained everything being done during my service appointment. Rich was great to deal with. I gave this location three chances to get it right. My last two encounters were the worst. I went in for a diagnostic after my scheduled service the previous week. I arrived at 8am. Once I was told what the issue was I gave the okay to move forward to get the repair. I also had my two toddler children with me. I waited for 9 hours only to be told the part needed was not in. By then my children were all over the place. I was furious. The kitchen area in the waiting room does not stay stocked. They had muffins from the previous week still out. Nevertheless, I was still charged and had to return to get the repair completed. After returning to have the part replaced I only waited a little over an hour. I was also told I wasn’t charged for the part only the labor. At a discounted rate I paid. I was so over it. I’m still confused as to why they had my car during the previous appointment for so long. I haven’t been able to get an explanation. I won’t be returning as I get better results and treatment at the buckhead location. They would have either taken me home or given me a loaner. They also would have had an eta on repair. Update: The general manager called me to discuss my recent unpleasant experience with their service and to implement strategies moving forward to avoid situations similar to mine. I truly appreciate his kind gesture and hope that similar issues won't arise in the future.

I decided to give this dealership a 5-star even though I did not leave my vehicle there for service due to the need for an appointment. As I drove into the service room, there were all smiles, and the service tech, Marq, was very polite. Asked him questions and got straight stressless answers. Called him back 2 days later and explained a situation, and he gave me some pointers. I felt welcome.

Appointment was available same day. Check in was immediate and I was made very welcome. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable with acceptable amenities. I was informed as to how long the my service plus the recall would take but there appears to have been some backlog with the complimentary detailing. This was a little frustrating but very welcomed. Whilst waiting I was perusing new and used vehicles and may have been interested in a trade in. I was asked if I wanted a free estimate of my vehicle via text and I answered yes. It’s now the following morning and I still have not received it. Having said that, not getting it probably saved me from getting in trouble with my wife so maybe just as well. Anyhow, overall 10/10 for the day! Thanks

I have taken my cars for service at South Atlanta several times. Candidly, the folks who capture the appointments and receive customers into the bay leave a lot to be desired. Their processes seem to change from day to day depending on what they are feeling and how much of their conversation they want to complete before acknowledging you. I wish I could say it's just me, but my husband has also been subjected to the "pull into the bay," "today, don't pull into the bay," "today, drive around," "you should have pulled in even though we still haven't opened the bay door," and -- my favorite -- "sorry, we didn't capture that specific request that you made when your booked so you will have to return another day for that portion of your service." Such an experience is absolutely maddening when you are trying to patronize a business in your community. BUT, THERE IS A SAVING GRACE. It is Rich, the Service Manager. His impeccable customer service, attention to detail, candor, transparency, superior follow-up, and outstanding repair work on time and as promised each time warrant the 5 stars you see here. He is in constant communication throughout service visits, responds promptly, never has an attitude when responding to annoying questions, follows up between visits and makes you feel completely heard and understood even when your request is one he can't honor. He remembers his customers and their cars, even when you reach out to him by phone. THIS is the level of service you expect when you purchase a Range Rover and Rich delivers in every category. We will continue to fulfill our Rover service needs at South Atlanta for as long as he continues to deliver excellent service. Good service really can overcome a multitude of flaws.

I visited the South Atlanta Jaguar Dealership on Friday Feb 13th 2026. I was having an issue with my battery & was very concerned. Selange put me at ease & I felt like I’ve known her for a long time. She was professional & attentive!! She explained what the process would be to check My vehicle & my approx wait time was exactly what she had foreseen!!
