I bought a set of new pirelli cinturato tires at Simple Tire and had the recommendation to have them installed at Lang's. I had a morning appointment and also bought my specialty oil required for maintenance and filter and was there bright and early at 7:00 to have the services done. I sat down in the most comfortable chair in the room and for the next 2 hours watched this organization perform like a fine-tuned Swiss watch. They got my car in, changed and balanced all four tires and also changed the oil for me. When I paid for the services I was excited to get out on the highway and see what these new tires would do and was not disappointed. It speeds above 90 mph The balancing was perfect. Great job to management and staff at this organization. I'll be coming back again for service.

July 2024 I drove over a nail somehow and had a flat tire. Thankfully the shop was conveniently on a main road and I did not have to go up and around to find somewhere safe to pull in. It was a little after 8am, there were other customers ahead of me, but they were able to see my car and plug it in within an hour of my arrival. I believe it was about $25 which I was more than happy to pay bc of the short wait time and convenience of waiting in the shop. (It’s been 3 months since and I have not had an issue with that rear tire.) October 2024 I had another leaking tire (a different tire) Fred put some air in my tire and scheduled me for one of the first appointments the next day. I was able to get there on time and waited while they plugged in my tire. I also made it to work by 8:40am. It was nice having somewhere convenient and comfortable to sit. Fingers crossed no more flat tires!

My experiences at Lang's Auto have always been top notch. Fred, Moshe, and the rest of the team there do a fantastic job attending to my car's needs & making me feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is in great hands with the job being done correctly. Recently I needed roadside assistance minutes before Lang's Auto closed for the day. Moshe answered the call and kindly walked me through the after-hours drop-off procedure, which was a relief to know as I was stuck. I finally made it to Lang's Auto early that evening and was surprised to see that Moshe had stuck around past closing to park my car inside and have it looked at/repaired first thing in the morning. That's just one of the many reasons why I choose to go Lang's Auto. They are the best.

Not a trust worthy repair shop. I have used them in the past and they were good, but the last repair they did on my ford transit really left me in shock. I was charged for replacing rotors and pads on all 4 wheels, within a few months the vehicle stared sounding again. i brought the vehicle in for a oil change and a check on the rear brakes. They mentioned that all was good. I took the vehicle later to a different shop and they showed me that the rear rotors were never changed. Its very disappointing. I will never use them again.
