I’m not one to leave bad reviews or complain, but after my experience this week, I made some time to write this. I originally took my 4Runner in on Saturday for an oil change and to check a noise coming from driver tire. They recommended a tie rod be replaced but told me to bring the vehicle back Monday to have it further inspected by their tech. So Monday morning comes, they check in my vehicle. Then we call to follow up that day to see what the actual problem was. The advisor said “I’m sorry we need to keep it another day we didn’t have time to look at it today.” Ok no problem. So Tuesday comes and same thing..they didn’t have time to look at it. So we spoke with the service manager and he says that he doesn’t know why his team is telling us that because they have looked at my vehicle but they don’t know what the issue is, so that’s why it’s taking so long. But he will have his people stay late to figure it out. Mind you, I get notifications when my vehicle is unlocked, doors open, etc and I did not receive one notification from Monday until we called on Tuesday. So Wednesday comes and they said “The control arm needs to be replaced, but the vehicle is still under factory warranty with Toyota so you need to schedule with a Toyota dealership.” Okay so I schedule an appointment at Toyota and they tell me that I in fact DO NOT have warranty with Toyota. So, now I had to schedule at Larry h miller -American Toyota and waste more of my time trying to get my vehicle fixed because the service department at this location is giving me the run around. I’m beyond frustrated. Look elsewhere if you want something done because it seems like no one knows what to do or what they’re talking about at this location.

Más de 3 días tratando de contactar con alguien que me ayudara a conseguir mi contrato de compra de un 2022 Jeep wrangler que compré hace como dos años … y fue imposible, pues te dejan en espera o reenvian tu llamada a extensiones que jamás responden , y ni hablar de los chats estúpidos que nunca resuelven nada🤦🏽♂️… 3 días aunque parezca subreal y aún así no puede resolver nada aún día de hoy…. Bueno que no se les olvide que aún tengo un Jeep que pudiera necesitar servicio o por qué no una renovación … pero obviamente no va a ser con ustedes así que Bye bye LHM

Took our Jeep there for a recall. We get a list of service things that were recommended because of mileage. Authorize that for about $800. No one calls to tell us the car is done. We had to call and ask for it. Then, we get the car back and the coolant is leaking, they say they did the alignment, but the tires got rotated and the pressures are all off. The check engine light is on along with two other lights. Tried to call service manager, no response after two days. Tried to call service advisor, he’s never available. The bill was $300 more than the quote and I am beginning to wonder if any work was really done at all.
To add onto this when we first took it back in the general manager was very nice and agreed that the work was not done. Ultimately, the bad situation situation turned worse. At one point I called after waiting three months and they could not find the vehicle and then could not find the keys. Walter, the gentleman who answered me on my initial post, stopped being nice.. We never got any credit for what was never done, and when the car was taken in to get some work done and the service engine light addressed, we were not given a quote until after the part was already ordered. I was told the part came in. We got no phone call and it took three more weeks to get the car back. It was suddenly discovered that there was all this other work needed that would cost well over 10 grand, The manager Walter, spoke to my husband and told him that he should not do the work because the car isn’t worth it anyway. At no time did they offer to reimburse us for the money already spent. His answer for that was that he was nice enough to give my son a loaner car while they kept his car for 3 1/2 months. It is completely unorganized so much that when I would call, they would ask me if my son had a loaner car. I would not recommend taking your car here no matter what. And by the way, my sons VIN number still shows that the recall work wasn’t done. Never once did he offer to reimburse us for the initial work that wasn’t done. ✅

Bin mehr als unzufrieden mit dem ganzen Service. Obwohl man sein Anliegen dringend macht gibt es keine Info bzw kein Rückruf (man hält es ja nicht mal für nötig einem zu sagen, dass man keine Zeit hat um sich das defekte Auto anzuschauen). Mein Auto ist jetzt gerade mal ein Jahr alt und macht schon Probleme. Nie mehr wieder einen Jeep. Werde mich baldmöglichst nach einem anderen Auto umschauen

I brought my 2023 siverado in for service and tire rotation, I marked each tire before I bought it in because I have trust issues with them before. I checked to see if they rotated them and they did not. How do I even know if they changed the oil now!

Larry H. Miller’s Service Department is horrible. Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours before your car is even looked at. It does not matter if you have an appointment or if you are first in line when they open. And the service reps are very rude regarding this incredibly slow and poor service.

Service to vehicle was prompt. When I arrived and drove my vehicle into the service bay are, there were 4 employees all standing at the work stations, NO ONE greeted me. I stood there for 5 - 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. After service to vehicle NO ONE took the time to go over the invoice, they just handed it to me and said "your vehicle is done".

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with AnnaMarie. She was patient as can be, we took a long time to pull the trigger. This was the most I had ever spent on a vehicle so it was hard to make a decision. Very hard! We did so much research online. We felt the pricing was very competitive with other online listings so there was less to worry about. We benefited a lot from the in person bonus of a dealership. I would reccomend this place for sure. Ring the gong when you buy!

We took our 2022 GMC Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. Diego Sanchez was our service advisor and he went beyond our expectations and found things we did not know we had wrong. Best service ever and would highly recommend him and that location in the future and to everyone we know. They Ubered us to a restaurant and back Wow!!!!!! Diego is the BEST!!!!!
