7/17/25 Update: Jose stopped by after I called @ 7am for service to replace my 203 thermostat to a 180degree, to battle these vegas temps, and he did a phenomenal job! Prompt, polite, & professional...Thanks for everything!! PREVIOUS SVC CALL: I never had service from a mobile mechanic; and I'm so grateful I found Las Vegas Mobile Mechanics! Recently, I had my water pump & serpentine belt replaced and was lucky enough to have Gerardo handle the job. 💯🙏This guy is a rockstar—knowledgeable, well-equipped, and faster than the quoted time (I swear this guy might be part machine 😄)!! Not only did he do top-notch work, but he also took the time to explain what likely caused the last part to fail, his process for replacing it, and how he balanced the coolant system and meticulous cleanup. He was polite, professional, and an absolute pleasure to talk to. I even walked away with some extra vehicle maintenance knowledge—bonus! I couldn't be happier with Las Vegas Mobile Mechanic. Tomas was my mechanic and he showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had me back running super fast. He was very personable and provided a lot of information about the issue as well as made some other recommendations. I don't know if you can request him by name but keep him in mind if you are in need of a mechanic that will go to your location.

Paid for a pre purchase inspection. Was told they would take about an hour since everything is checked out. The tech arrived with no tools or equipment and was there for 10 minutes. He said yup truck is good and then I had to point out some issues that I found before he arrived. I contacted the company to see if they would make it right and all they said was we will talk with the tech. He then proceeded to explain how the techs have other commitments which is probably why he rushed... the report they sent has no info and the tech said he checked everything including behind the wheel... the tech never got in the car drove it or even checked any fluids. I asked if he was going to scan it and he just said no... overall I didn't feel confident with the purchase but I drove 4 hours so decided to take the risk. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else as these guys have no accountability. I have attached the" comprehensive " report that was sent to me...

When my Mercedes unexpectedly leaked out all of its coolant onto my driveway, I was faced with a dilemma. As a German-engineered vehicle, I knew repairs could be complex, and I wanted to avoid the hassle and expense of towing it to a shop. After researching mobile mechanics in the area, I came across this company who had high ratings, were open 24 hours, worked on European cars..AND I didn’t need to tow my car anywhere!! So I decided to give them a call. Tomas arrived early which was great and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and expertise. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the repair process clearly and confidently. By the next day, the problem was fully resolved, and my car was back in working order without ever leaving my driveway. Throughout the experience, Tomas was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was very friendly and I was thankful to have him work on my car. His ability to handle a high-end vehicle with such competence gave me peace of mind, and the convenience of mobile service was invaluable. I would absolutely use their services again ( I would request Tomas) and highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality mobile service automotive repair. Thank you again!

Quoted repair at $850 installed. After telling us it's ready to be installed, Suddenly there's 'another issue AND additional $250!! Didn't trust them to install and they still charged us $1100!!!

They were prompt and easy to work with. Mario gave me an estimate and suggested I contact my insurance company because it wasn’t something that could be easily fixed. $150 is a bit steep if you don’t go through them for repairs, but I was happy with their customer service.

The experience started off pretty good. I called and they sent a mechanic (James) to me within 2 hours. He diagnosed the vehicle found the part locally and scheduled my appointment for the next day. The next day he did not show up on time or even call to let me know. I had to reach out to him. Multiple times through the day he said he was an hour out and never showed up. He also said he would do it at my house that evening then didn’t show for that either. His office messaged me later and said he would meet me tomorrow morning at 9am. He did not show up on time then either. He finally arrived at 12:30pm and fixed my vehicle. He swapped my radiator. So in missing my appointment I had to buy multiple gallons of Freon and when he left the repair the parking lot had coolant everywhere. It was just fixed today so I can’t speak on if the repair was successful or not. A little overpriced also.

I reached out to this company, and they were prompt to pick up the call and send a mechanic to the home, who was knowledgeable, that is the good news. My car needed parts to be ordered, which was expected to take a week. From there, I was never contacted to schedule the completion of the repair. I reached out since I did not hear anything about 2-weeks later and was informed that the parts were in and something would be scheduled. No contact again so I reached out after another 2-weeks and they apologized for the oversight and did fulfill on scheduling on an appointment to complete the work a few days later. The appointment came and went with a no call and no show. I reached out and was advised that the mechanic was behind, still working on another vehicle. They never reached back out. AGAIN, I reached back out to get my car finalized and requested a material discount due to the lack of service and professionalism. After discussing this with David, he offered what amounted to a 3% discounted and cited they have labor and parts to pay all the while I have been out of a vehicle an extended 5-weeks than originally expected. The company completely dismissed my time and the costs, and inconvenience that their poor service has caused me as I switched my schedule to make their preferred appointment time, which they did not honor. This company's communication and customer service was poor, putting their profitability ahead of their professionalism by offering a negligible discount. The mechanic was good and the car did get fixed, which is why I am leaving them a 2-star review. That said, I would not recommend using this mechanic.

Andre was fantastic! I had him come out same day to take a look at everything, found the problem, explain the problem to me and ordered the parts to get it corrected. Came by at exactly the time he told me he would be here the next day if not a couple minutes early and corrected the entire problem. He was also very informative about how he fixed it and reasons why that happens. I would give him 10 stars if I could he’s a fantastic mechanic and great customer service!

My initial appointment was 40 days ago. I was charged $150 for diagnostics and agreed to move forward with the repairs, knowing that the $150 would go towards the cost. The next appointment was scheduled for 5 days later. No one arrived or contacted me. During this time, I was spammed with text messages asking to leave a review. I was not ready to leave a review, as no actual repairs had been completed. I followed up numerous times and was told that the delay was due to parts not yet arriving. I finally gave up on waiting and asked for the results of the diagnostics I paid $150 for so that I could find another mechanic to fix my vehicle. I have received no diagnostics and no communication. It seems that doing mass amounts of diagnostics at $150 each and convincing people to leave a 5-star review is a good way to make money, but not so great for the customer. I don't believe this company ever intended to make repairs on my vehicle. Fortunately, there are many other mechanics to go to.

Hired this company in late August of 2025 and didn’t get my car back until December 2025. They charged me 3300 and I paid half to get the repair started. They claimed they could fix it and I trusted them to do just that. Long annoying story later, found out they gave my car to another mechanic without my consent and this is how my car was returned. Do yourself a favor and bring it to a shop that actually does real repairs. They will rip you off and not even give the curtesy of either fixing or returning your phone calls. Avoid at all costs!!!!
