these people suck they made me pay for a towing after we took the car for a test drive to figures out what was the problem I don’t even why they needed me to figure out the problem that was supposed to be there job. oh I forgot to mention that they charged me extra money for unnecessary work that I didn’t even ask for !DO NOT COME HERE!

I don’t recommend this place they don’t return your deposit back never ever they always look for complaints or something for keeping the deposit also 🙄I don’t recommend this place to much people have a bad experience with them if you need to rent any machine go to home depot highly recommended they no take your deposit if you broken scratches or anything they fixed or any happen they have insurance you pay about 50 bucks cover it they don’t steal your money like Latin auto service they steal $400 from me + a day of rental so I pay over $850 for 1 day at home with that money it is enough for 2 day to much complaints 🫵 with Latin

First of all time. This guys take there sweet time if you don’t remind them every 30 minutes they keep you waiting longer. Second, the management is rude. They talk to you like we the customer is getting free work done on our vehicles. And last but most important, prices on labor are too much, this guys charge like this shop is a high end vehicle repair shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 👀 see the rest reviews and replies of management the way he replies to prior customers, this guy is unbelievable.

Over priced labor & parts. They will fix things you did not ask them to fix and try to get more money out of you. Horrible customer service. Do not even try to communicate- just go straight to keeping your equipment until you pay. Just stay away!!!

RUN! RUN! RUN!!!! Changed fuel filters on my truck when I only asked for pricing then said they can’t be changed back. Forcing me to pay. Started bringing up calling the police when I simply asked why was done without my permission. Parts & Labor are over priced. HUGE RIP OFF!!! Anywhere else is better than here.

El diagnóstico se tardó 7 horas y la reparación se tardó 2 días. Me cobraron el triple de lo que cuesta ese mismo trabajo en cualquier otro taller. Y como si fuera poco, el carro volvió a fallar de lo mismo y se negaron a reconocer la garantía. The diagnosis took 7 hours and the repair took 2 days. They charged me triple what the same job costs in any other workshop. And as if that were not enough, the car failed again for the same reason and they refused to recognize the guarantee.

My truck broke down a couple of miles from Latin Auto Service. Google brought me to them and without reading these prior reviews I had the tow truck take my truck there. They charged me $440 to replace two hoses that cost $20 each. These hoses are at the top, not at the bottom or anywhere that you would have to take things apart. Total was $600 w tax bc of adding coolant fluid. Huge ripoff! Highly recommend reading reviews before taking your vehicle anywhere near this place. Live and learn
