I’ve never gotten my car detailed before very skeptical at first... so Robert showed up to my house we exchanged a few words. And just like that! the car I was thinking about selling! I now look at and smile with joy!!! I have never in my life paid for something I was so happy for... thank you Robert for taking your time, and doing what you do! I called the business and spoke with Robert. We agreed on a time and date and went over different packages he offered. I decided to go with a paint correction as my truck is 15 years old. He showed up on the scheduled date on time and did not stop till the job was finished. I really admire his work ethic and his professionalism. This is the best mobile detailing company I have dealt with. Robert and his team are extremely professional. I have had a ceramic coating placed on my Nissan titan 2 years ago and it is still looking brand new. Called them out again to remove dullness on a mustang I purchased. Robert did an amazing detail cleaning on our car and from then, car definitely attracts less dust. He recommended to do full detail cleaning every 6 months to maintain the quality and we def would be doing it and also he comes every month or two for basic exterior wash and it has been great :)

Been looking around trying to decide who to call for a detail for a price that I was comfortable with. I was in a bit of a time crunch but called in to see if we could find a good time. Robert answered right away and was able to come to detail my car the same day! Now I can't promise anyone that you will have my luck with scheduling but it was very much appreciated! My car is not exactly well maintained and sits out in the sun all day with the wind from the sea making it really gritty and dirty quickly. But Robert was able to make it sparkle in a way that I have never seen! When I drove in it after the detail, it felt as though I wasn't even looking through a windshield! Cristal clear. He did an excellent job despite it being pretty dirty before hand. Next time I won't have to spend time going through Google to find a great detail for a price that I like, I'll just make the call to Robert. He takes cards so you don't have to worry about having a bunch of cash on you, which is also a huge plus. And he brings his own DI water and generator so if your lot/driveway doesn't have access to water or a power outlet, no worries! Also to note, he is a very friendly guy who is easy to talk to, won't try to upgrade your package unless you want to include extra things and wore a mask when we were around each other, which all made my first time getting my car detailed easier. Overall, if you are in the area and are looking for someone who will do a fantastic job, look at his website and give him a call, I'm sure you won't be disappointed! (I got the clay bar treatment on an old Honda Accord and a little extra work on the wheels, all information about what the different packages include is on the website and Robert was sure to ask what it is you wanted done and was clear on the price)

Robert disappeared. He came to my house and did the outside of my car. Told me he needed to leave so he would come back to do the interior. HE CALLED TWO DAYS IN A ROW TELLING MR HE WAS COMING. NEVER CAME BACK!!! I PAID HIM IN FULL, SHAME ON ME, I TRUSTED HIM. FOOLED ME! $300.00 DOLLARS HIS PHONE NUMBER IS OFF AND I WENT BY HIS JOB ADDRESS. FAKE !!!!!! SO DISSAPPOINTED

Leading detailing came down to my residence. I can’t say enough positive things about Robert! I contacted Leading Detail, they answered my call right away. They provided their prices upfront and I did like the fact that I knew exactly what I would be charged. My car was due for a major detailing job and Robert did amazing. My Chevy looks flawless. I can say this is the best experience I’ve had with a detailing company and will be using again for my other vehicles. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a professional job done for a fair price.

I met Robert after I bought a brand new Mini Cooper. I want to keep it clean and new for as long as I can. Robert did the new ceramic coating for me which is better than waxing and last longer, like 2 years or more. It’s unbelievable because everything just wipes right off. Be very careful working with Robert!!! He started off acting responsible and trustworthy — we hired him to wash five cars after Burning Man, and in the beginning, he seemed professional, reliable, and genuinely trying to do a good job. I even overlooked some small details — a few spots he missed, bits of dirt left here and there — I quietly cleaned those myself without making an issue out of it. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, what I can’t overlook is that he completely forgot about the fifth car and now refuses to acknowledge it. Instead of admitting the mistake or offering a refund, he argues, deflects, and insists that we should be grateful because he “gave us the lowest price on the market.” I told him clearly: we paid exactly what he asked for. If he underpriced his own work, that’s his responsibility — not ours. If the rate were higher, we would have simply gone with another detailer. But trying to twist the situation and make it seem like we’re at fault for his forgotten job is completely unprofessional. After we paid him, one of the cars was never cleaned at all — even though he confirmed the job was “done.” When I confronted him, he promised to come back, asked for extra gas money, and still never showed up. Then he stopped answering calls and messages entirely. Weeks later, I tried calling him from another number — he picked up, only to argue with me and try to gaslight me, saying I “expected too much” and that he “gave us a low price.” I even shared my notes from the day we discussed pricing — exact numbers taken directly from his own words. He’s now denying them and trying to rewrite what happened. Now, after reading other people’s reviews, I can see this wasn’t an isolated incident. Several customers describe the same pattern — he takes payment, never shows up, and refuses to take responsibility. It confirms that he’s not a professional or an honest person to do business with. No true professional behaves this way. He broke our trust, didn’t finish the work, and refused to take accountability. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone — a disappointing and dishonest experience overall.

I will be having my car shipped so I needed it to be extremely cleaned to pass the inspection, this is one of the best rated car cleaning and detailing so I had high expectations. Robert arrived at the house and went over what would need to be cleaned prior to shipping. The over all inside was nicely vacuumed and wiped down, but there were many little areas everywhere that show the service was not to par with the requirements to ship the vehicle. A lot of black smudging residue was left on a lot of the black plastic of the outside and it felt very greasy. I really expected more cleanliness for the price I paid. Really let down and will need to clean it again with only one day left before I need to turn it in. Not worth the price paid. Also, my battery was drained because the car keys were left in the ignition with the power on. I was able to have someone come start the car- the reading showed my battery is still good, not sure how to react to that though.

I recently used Leading Mobile Detailing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They came to my home fully equipped, bringing their own **spotless** water system, which made the whole process convenient and completely worry-free. For my first car, they performed a full wash, wax, clay bar treatment, and a thorough interior shampoo. The paint felt incredibly smooth after the clay bar, the wax left a deep, glossy shine, and the interior looked and smelled refreshed, with seats and carpets noticeably cleaner. They also washed and did a mini detail on my second car, and still managed to make both interiors look clean, tidy, and well cared for. Their attention to detail, especially on the interior of both vehicles, really stood out.
