I had service done at Legendary Autoworks today and I was very pleased with the knowledgeable, friendly technicians. The garage, office and ladies room are very neat and clean. They go out of their way to help you without trying to sell you anything you’re not there for. It’s a very honest business with friendly pricing, way less than you’d pay at a dealership!

The people are very friendly here and the prices are definitely reasonable for everything performed! The shop is very reliable and communication is EXCELLENT. Car repairs can be expensive for sure but they’re happy to explain why something needs to be replaced/fixed.

Same day service, fully prepared, diagnosed the problem in under 15 minutes, then drove to pick up the necessary parts and installed them in just under 1.5 hour. I couldn't have asked for any better service! Been in other place , needed a part , they called many different place , the part will be available in 7 days , jay made one phone call to my dealership and boom the part does exist and labor charge was more then half less then other places asked for Honest! Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very impressed! Saved me from spending alot of money

I was visiting a friend in Scranton. I made a call to ask about getting an oil leak checked. Not only did they fit me in immediately? They diagnosed the problem and offered an estimate. I had the work done. They had to call for parts and kept me informed. The estimate was to the penny. The shop is spotless. The staff is super nice and professional. I’m a customer for life. I’ve been going here for over a year now. The staff is BEYOND incredible. Always willing to go the extra mile to help (even if it’s a stupid question). Comfortable seating while you wait as well. Went here for a leaking power steering hose and possibly a pump which toyota told me would cost about $2000 and they were wrong on their diagnosis so i took it to legendary autoworks and They had me in and out in an hour and only needed a new washer for the hose no pump needed. Saved me alot of money thank you. Best service i ever have gotten!

Best shop I’ve been to. Great customer service, the mechanics don’t try to “get one over” on me with me being a woman. They’re always honest about what needs to be done and if I come in for something specific they don’t try to get me to do more just to get more money out of me. They’ve helped me in the past with rides to and from the shop while they had my vehicle. Always can get me in quickly and their pricing is affordable. I learned my lesson after going to a chain shop for an estimate and came back with $3k+ work that needed to be done and NONE of it matched what Legendary said needed to be done for only $1k. They are straight to the point, honest, and do great work. Couldn’t recommend them more!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. These folks are great to deal with, knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced. They did a pre-buy evaluation for me and kept me from making a big mistake. They couldn't recommend the vehicle and I dodged a bullet. They saved me time, money and an ongoing headache. They were worth every penny!
