I am disappointed with my experience at Lehigh Valley Honda. My vehicle was serviced here on October 27, 2025. Shortly afterward, I noticed issues that were not present before the service. On October 30, 2025—only three days later—I returned to the dealership in person to report the problem and document the condition. Despite multiple follow-up visits and good-faith efforts to resolve the matter, the dealership declined responsibility and did not provide a satisfactory resolution. When I requested a review of what occurred during service, the dealership stated that no complete video footage was available for review. The issues remain unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership for service if accountability and customer care are important to you. However, I would like to clarify several important points for the public record: • I reported the issue multiple times within the first 15 days and returned to the dealership at least three times during that period. • Your service department stated that not all service or inspection videos are available, and therefore complete footage of my vehicle prior to service could not be provided. • These issues and damage were not present before my visit on October 27, 2025. Given the lack of complete video records and my repeated, timely attempts to resolve this matter, it is disappointing that responsibility continues to be avoided. I am continuing to pursue this issue through formal consumer protection channels.

Charged me about $600 to replace a cracked fender liner. I came back in saying I don't know if that was not the problem the noise was coming from, but I'm still getting the same noise when I go highway speeds as before you replaced this. They tried to tell me that it was now my back door weather stripping... And were going to charge me about $850 to replace that. You can buy the OEM part for 47.50 online but they told me it was $199... Beside the point. Then I took it to a independent mechanic and you know what it was? There was a bunch of debris behind the fender liner that they apparently had not cleaned out when they replaced the broken one.. and that's what I was hearing. So I paid them another $200 for a "diagnostic" on try number two for them to try to charge me $850 for something that wasn't the problem, not fix a thing, not identify the problem they created by doing literal dirty work in the first place. ***Editing to add I guarantee you Bronson knows exactly who I am. And Julio definitely knows. I'll add I'm the same person who last year had a tire replaced with something that was not a match and I was repeatedly told it would be fine and not set of TPMS, but it continued to set off my TPMS and they eventually had to comp the tire to the actual match. I can also add that I took it to a different Honda dealership a few months ago after Lehigh valley Honda replaced my battery... And right away they asked me if I had paid full price for the battery? And I said yes. And they said you started with a Honda battery so it was 100% supposed to be prorated! I then called Lehigh valley Honda to ask them what happened and they were like oh well if we would have given you the warranty on this battery then your next one won't be free! I said well, were you going to tell me next time that it's supposed to be prorated if you have a Honda battery? Well, they said we didn't know. I said you were the ones that put the last one in and this one, and another Honda dealer new right away to ask me if the one you replaced was also a genuine Honda done at a dealership. Do you also want to talk about a few years ago when I had my oil change done at this dealership and they left the cap off sitting under the hood? And they had to give me a loaner car and do a full-service engine cleaning? Honestly, it's sad. It's not a new problem, it's just an escalating problem as my car ages and needs more services.

We brought our car in for an electric/battery issue. Car battery tested - it’s fine. They couldn’t find issue we explained to them. Spent $1,100 on battery cleaning, engine fluids, and tire rotation. Brought car home. Two days later we have same issue: car alarm goes off, “keyless start system problem” again on dash, trouble turning car on, we get it on, then we can’t turn the car off. We just put new batteries in the key fobs 3 weeks ago, so not sure what else to do. I feel like the work we had done was necessary, but I’m very disappointed that the major issue we needed fixed was not corrected.

Sam Azar was super helpful! I went in for maintenance and inspection and they had noticed a nail puncturing the side of my one tire. Sam assisted me with getting a new tire replacement at a reasonable price that included labor. Even though the tire wasn’t available he had ordered one and they were able to get it replaced the next day. He went out of his way to provide exceptional service by getting me into a loaner car until it was repaired. Once I arrived the process was quick and my car was even washed and cleaned on inside and out. Highly recommend purchasing a Honda especially from Lehigh Valley Honda as the staff are truly amazing.
