Had the worst experience today. Me and my family have used Les Schwab for several years. Today, I come in to get an alignment and wheel balance. I was greeted by a larger gentleman late 30’s or 40’s bigger build. Told him what I was there for and he proceeded to tell me “we can’t do the wheel balance because your wheels are messed up I remember this car we denied service to it a couple of weeks ago” which they did and I went and got 3 other opinions including one from a wheel repair shop stating that the wheels were fine and the lug nut seats were worn from over time but there was no safety concerns like the gentleman tried telling me. Les Schwab were the only people to take the wheels off of the car before that gentleman stated that and they had just balanced the wheels a month or two prior (I was getting a balance done the second time because I had my winters installed by another shop but there balancer stopped working after the first tire. So why wasn’t it caught sooner instead of taking my money? Even than balancing got rid of the issue in the past? I ended up leaving the car for an alignment, thinking it would be a couple hours (I was the second person to drop off a car at opening) so no reason for it to take 4 hours. Than proceeding to argue with me about the account authorization (my family uses my grandpas charge account and we make the payments on it and every single time we’ve gone in they call him for authorization) and this time the gentleman again started arguing with me about it saying he needed to be there to show his ID (it has always said that and they still just call for authorization since my grandpa lives 70 miles up in the mountain) than the gentleman decided to start arguing with my 70 year old grandfather making him and myself feel very dumb even though we’ve never had a hard time. 30 years of my family using Les Schwab and now we will be taking our business to Big O. Same goes for the SHOP that I work for. I have been a ASE certified technician for 8 years and have never been treated so poorly by Les Schwab. Only reason I don’t perform these services myself is because the convenience of being able to drop my car off and continue working. Do better Schwab. Quit hiring ignorant people. Edit: they commented we must follow credit guidelines and to speak to store management. Store management at this location is none existent. They all go against each others word and refuse to take accountability for anything. Also, like I’ve stated previously it has never been an issue prior and they did get authorization over the phone like they’ve done for the past 10 years. Yet this one time the gentleman decided to give me a hard time treating me like a thief and did the same with my 70 year old grandfather making home drive an hour to this location to give authorization with his ID and was extremely rude and disrespectful to him. If management wants to clear this up they can give my grandfather a call and apologize to him because this is uncalled for and still nobody will take accountability. As to the gentleman joe “the owner” who responded to this review, do better.

This location for Les Schwab's I've been to this one here is probably the most capable especially for the brakes and front end alignment and suspension .they have all the parts you need and if they don't they can usually get it within about a half an hour from another distributor if you need to get something done on your vehicle this is a good place to come . Easy access good parking .the awesome crew crew and they work extra hard for you .good luck on your next Auto Repair

We were stuck on the side of the road on a holiday weekend towing a camper trailer late in the day. All other repair shops were closing for the weekend. Thankfully Les Schwab was open until 6pm so we could get the truck to the store before closing. Along with that, they were open on a Saturday, even though it was a holiday weekend. Because of that we didn't have to figure out a way back to our home 2 hours away and not see the truck until Wednesday at the earliest. They were also able to store our camper for the night in their fenced in area. That made us relieved knowing our trailer was secure. We were able to spend a night in a hotel. Since they knew we were staying here temporarily, they got on it first thing Saturday morning. It was finished before noon. We were very impressed by the professionalism and the caring for our situation and was very grateful for the thoughtful actions of the mechanics.

Stopped in after work because one of my tires had 3 tears in the sidewall. The 1st gentleman I spoke to recommended replacing it due to safety. My current Les Schwab tires were barely 2 years old, they looked completely worn out. He gave me a quote for new tires, but needed to see if I could get credits from Warranty. Mike checked out the tires amd was able to give me a warranty discount for 2 of my tires, knocked down the price on my new 70,000 mileage tires. He also found a problem with my front brakes due to different store, so he is replacing them for free. They went above and beyond in customer service. I would recommend anyone needing tires, brakes, struts or anything else they sell to go visit the Marysville store (State Ave) and their wonderful team.

Les Schwab Tire Center in Marysville saved my day. I was driving north on I-5 when my trucks internal system politely notified me my left front tire was losing air at an alarming rate. It had enough air to get me to Les Schwab Tire Center in Marysville. The folks there understood my anguish at needing to be someplace soon. Turns out it was the left rear. They even re calibrated my tire code to show the correct tires. Who knows how to do that? The crew went right to work, pulling a gigantic something from my tire. Then they patched it, put it all back together and sent me off down the road. They just did it. They were smooth, friendly and efficient. To the good folks at Les Schwab Tire Center Marysville, thank you so very much appreciated.

I love that my tires are being taken care of. It makes it so easy for me to make sure that I have the right air pressure in my tires and they fixed my tire when I had a nail in it for free

I cannot forget the day my tire rolled off the road in April of 2025 coming from Seattle, UW hospital. The assistants I got from Les Schwab representative, was amazing, unforgettable and I felt safe!! I had never had this experience in life with driving by myself or traveling with anyone else so, this experience was very scary, exhausting and felt alone on the roadside. THANK YOU LES SCHWAB FOR HELPING ME OUT!!! 😍

Warning people not to come to this location. They are reckless and going to get somebody hurt. I will say I come here for guidance, I am not a car mechanic. I got my tires and brakes down here. First of all Paul was no help and refused to go do anything. He complained about having to look up my warranty. Telling me untrue things. When I got two new tires I asked for the front to be loved to the back since my truck is rear drive. The girl said that was standard practice. Yet later when I asked Paul if he did that he said no.... Although I asked and was told it was standard... Then didn't even offer to fix it! Then my brakes. Two weeks later they went out. I came back since they are under warranty and like I told you Paul didn't wanna look it up It was a mess. Complete waste of a day and money. Please got else where.

Over the weekend, I managed to run over whatever this is, and it punctured the tire at a 45* angle (we didn't realize it wasn't a nail until we pulled it out of the tire). Not only did this flatten the tire entirely but I was worried that the inside of the tire was damaged beyond repair given the size of this thing. The team at Les Schwab not only repaired the tire but did so without a charge. We constantly have amazing service from this location and will not only continue to do business here but recommend it to anyone that needs tires or tire service. Thank you for your phenomenal customer service and for getting our car back on the road safely again!

I hope this is the right Le Schwab. My coworkers and I were driving down to a meeting when my 4Runner started getting a flat. I came in right before closing and they not only squeezed us in but fixed our tire for free. What incredible service!!! Thank you so much for turning a bad experience into one the reaffirmed my faith in humanity. You rock!

I've never been a Les Schwab customer before, but their service centers centers saved my bacon twice this year. In both cases they were so helpful, even close to closing time. The dealership wouldn't help & gas stations dont even have air hoses anymore. They've got a loyal customer in me from here on out.

Just stay away. There's so many tire shops in the area that can provide better service after my last couple experiences with Les Schwab, I'll never be taking my vehicles back there. You can schedule an appointment and it'll still take 8 plus hours for them to get around to doing your vehicle then to make it worse, they're going to sell you damaged tires that are old and claim they're out of warranty when you attempt to get it resolved. My tires are less than 4 years old and it's showing cracks in the sidewalls. The rep decided because I didn't get my tires regularly. Rotated that's why I have cracks in my sidewalls. Anyone that knows anything about tires can tell you that isn't a thing. But even a quick Google search can also tell you that it's not a thing. If I was complaining about uneven treadwear okay I can understand that. But I have at least 3 to 4 years left on the tires for tread. But now I'm looking at two grand to replace my tires because the sidewalls are cracking. Now I have had my tires rotated but I opted to have it done at other shops because anytime I ever go to Les Schwab it's 9 to 10 hours of my day lost because of how slow they are. It doesn't matter whether or not it's scheduled. The prices here are often higher than most competitors. And sure, while it's nice to have free rotations and flats fixed, there's other shops that offer that same service at lower price points. Do your research and homework before spending your hard earned money and I would highly suggest avoiding Les Schwab all together I've attempted to have my tires balanced multiple times there and within less than a week the weights come flying off every single time. I've gone to other local shops in the area and the whites are still staying months later. Not only are the text incompetent most of the time, but to make matters worse, they use cheap quality stuff and just blame it on poor installation

I came in to get a tire patch and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I had an option to be picked up but chose not to because an hour and a half isn't that long. After waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours I asked for an update and was told that there were still three cars ahead of me because they had appointments scheduled. I am a service advisor and have been for many years, if I have a waiter come in and I know I have appointments scheduled I would have never promised that type of time frame. The main thing you are taught is under promise; over deliver. This is the worst instance of doing the opposite of that that I've ever seen. I called Big O tires and they said they could get me in right away and it would be a 30-minute wait. Just go anywhere else. Also, don't fall for their lug nut prices. You can get the same lug nuts on Amazon for $20.

Absolutely amazing service! I was driving on a spare and needed 4 new tires as I have AWD. Shout out to MIKE for understanding I had an emergency, having to get down to UW hospital for my husband, and doing everything he could to get me my tires as quickly as possible! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had an odd request and the staff at my Les Schwab was very accommodating and worked with me to make it happen. I've always found their service to be reliable and their customer service is out of this world! I recommend them to everybody. It's becoming more rare to find good customer service these days and when I find it I think it should be celebrated!

Im really disappointed with my les schawb in Marysville, obviously my warranty doesn't mean anything. I know they are busy they do alor, but I have one vehicle that me and my wife and two children use. I bought four tires been paying my bill on time.i have a screw in my tire , I've been trying to come in there and get it fixed under warranty, im told 4 to 6 hrs every time , today I was told to leave it there till Monday. Also the blond chick there is so rude .I've explained that this is our only vehicle. If I make an appointment im a week and and half out .my kids are in the car it wouldn't last that long they will be stuck on the freeway with a flat .so you're warranty doesn't matter .once I pay off bill ,I definitely will be going to big o tires thanks les schawb for making feel like my kids and family safety doesn't matter

I brought in my Hummer EV, which is not s very typical vehicle for our area, with a flat tire. Mike was very helpful and resourceful in figuring out a way to safely lift this 8,600 lb monster and completed the repair safely. I have had negative experiences at a different location, but thanks to Mike and the crew - I was very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish! Thank you! The Beast is happy and is back at home!
