Customer service was kind and efficient. Unfortunately charging premium prices for a simple brake job will force people to drive in unsafe conditions. Not having parts on hand for emergency brake jobs is also a huge failure. Road safety should always come first. Not greed.

I've been coming here for years. Craig, Charles, and every other team member who's helped me, has done so with a smile, and professionalism you just don't see anymore! Even under stress, they stop and take a moment to treat people so well. The team here puts so much care into the work they do. Way to go guys!

This shop is well staffed; courteous and prompt. Les Schwab is one of the few businesses that you can go to today and feel like you are actually being served. Even Home Depot makes you check out yourself, but when you arrive at Les Schwab a smiling technician will run to greet you then get right on the job!

I was dropping my husband off at the Bellingham airport when my husband noticed one of my tires was low and found a screw in it. I headed straight to Les Schwab and arrived there at 7:00 AM. Although they don’t open until 8:00 AM their staff was already arriving. At 7:10 I went to the door and the one of the staff members came over to talk to me. I explained I had a really low tire and when they opened at 8:00 would they have time to help me. He said not a problem. At 7:50 he came out and by 8:20 my tire was repaired and they did not charge me for the repair. A day later I am still a bit in shock. I am so impressed at the service they provided and would not hesitate to buy tires or use their services in the future. Extra thanks to the 2 staff members who got me on my way quickly and showed me that there are still businesses that care about their customers.

Installed the wrong battery and was still charged for the upgraded battery that wasn't installed. I had to question it to get the refund. Still had to leave with a battery I didn't want or ask for. Not a great experience and definitely won't be back to this location.

Never again will I come here , came to bring my wife’s car and first I don’t like people taking advantage of women charging them way more and that’s not right at all , so I came in because I had got a flat and all I needed was to patch up the tire and leave but that tire patch ended up being more them trying to sell me tires and telling me this this and that and that it’s illegal to be driving it like that when I’m a mechanic my self I know exactly whats wrong with it so because of that I’m and my whole family and friend never going to a Les Schwab Tire Center EVER again making me feel uncomfortable

made an appointment to get my tire fixed. they fixed it for free and in a timely manner. I did not get my tire from them. that was a huge surprise since i typically get charged $30+ for this service elsewhere.

The team at the Les Schwab on the Guide is first class all the way. Hunter runs a great shop and is super knowledgeable. Charles is a beast and knows his stuff. They've done new brakes, new battery, and installed a new steering column on my Tundra. All at reasonable prices without the crazy hourly rate that most shops rob you with. There is no place in whatcom county that i trust my rig with more.

I recently moved to. Bellingham and needed to switch to my winter tires. Cheyenne did the work, bagged my summer tires and when I went to pay, there was no charge. My jaw dropped. I know where I will be going in April and any time I need help with my tires from now on!

Update - I did call (read them the riot act) and owner did make this right --------------------------- Schwab Service and Warranty Support has Fallen Badly I'm a long time customer but after our recent experience, I'll be going elsewhere. The Company is not even honoring their tire warranties. We had to pay full price and wait several hours for replacement of a defective tire bought a few months ago. A week ago Monday, we noticed my wife's tires, purchased 8 months ago, were low on pressure. We first went to the Schwab on Meridian. The person there said it would be hours and I asked if there were any other schwab's nearby that might be able to see us sooner. I felt I had to work for them to look for any other's and they let it be known that they felt put upon for my asking. After getting air, we drove a mile and a half to the Schwab on Irongate. After I left they informed my wife that they could not honor the warranty on the tire because it had been driven a short distance. When my wife asked how you are supposed to get a tire to Schwab then - they had no good answer and more or less admitted that this made no sense, even though the flat appeared to come from a defect. My wife had to wait several hours and paid near full price for the replacement. Don't know what happened, but the support I've experienced every other time from a Schwab was gone.

I went to this location because my dealership (who was performing other maintenance) wanted to charge me double what I ended up paying at Les Schwab for four new tires. I declined and made an online appointment with Les Schwab for later that afternoon because I had used another location and had had nothing but good luck in the past. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. During the tire selection process, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. The employee and I made a few small jokes about it, easing my embarrassment. A quick trip back home and I handed off my keys and took a seat, settling in for what I assumed to be an hour or two. Instead, barely half an hour later, my car was ready to go. Great service and great work by the person I worked with to get my tires.

Very poor customer service here. I went in with a tire with a nail in the tread for a repair. They said they couldn't fix the tire so OK I need a new one. They don't carry the very common brand I already have so OK I will take an equivalent and hand over my keys. They jack up my truck and it sits on ot for 45 minutes while they work on 4 other vehicles. I then ask for an ETA for completing my truck and they tell me that they didn't have the tire they just sold me but sent a guy to Burlington to get one. So now I'm stuck there waiting for all of this without ever being told before they put my truck up and took the wheel off. Eventually they get it done. The result is I spent 3 hours stranded at their shop to get a single tire replacement with no explanation or apology just blank stares and a bill for $280. I won't use this shop ever again and I suggest you shouldn't either.

Dont go here. Went in for an alignment and tire rotation. I drove 5 miles away and my dashboard indicators went off like a Christmas tree. My traction control was disabled as well as my 4wd drive. I called and talked one of the technicians there and they said bring it back in to get the program reset. Brought the truck back and they said it something they can't fix, we talked to the manager hunter and he looked at it and said it something they did and referred us to rairdon dodge to get fixed. Long story short, les schwab isn't paying for the repairs and rairdon dodge couldn't diagnose what happened to my truck. Be very careful when bringing your vehicles here. Not a good business. 0 stars

Brought my car to Les Schwab Tire Center for tire repairs. The technician who helped me was excellent. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure I understood the repairs before moving forward. The service was efficient, professional, and honest. I really appreciated how informative and straightforward he was. Highly recommend them

Went to get some new 35” tires for my truck before winter hit and wanted to actually get a good set not just a cheap mud terrain . Talking with Tami she recommended the geolander at4 for my truck and everything I do with it. When I say these guys are fast. And efficient I mean it. Full set of 35” tires mounted and balanced with new tpms installed and i was in an out in an hour. Any dealer ship will charge you 1.2 hours plus to install tires and it’ll take them that long. I’ve worked at shops. An average tire dismount mount and balance is 1.2 hours. Obviously small tires being usual faster but 35” tires take usually 1.5-2 hours with running into balancing issues and road force issues. But nope balanced out phenomenally and ride like I’m on a street tire. Everyone there is amazing Brian,Craig, Tami and a few others who I can’t remember there names that all work there. Just an honest good Les Schwab.

Huge thanks to the team at Les Schwab for keeping our work trucks on the road. As a local Bellingham/Whatcom County tree service running heavy-duty equipment every day, reliable tire service and quick turnaround are critical for us. The crew here is always professional, fast, and honest. They’ve helped us keep our chip truck, dump trailer, and service trucks rolling safely so we can stay on schedule for emergency tree removal, pruning jobs, and storm-response work. Really appreciate the consistent support—couldn’t do what we do without you. -Team High Tide Services
