This place truly stepped up and went above and beyond! My younger sister had a air bubble in one tire and had to replace all 4 tires since she has all wheel drive, this was a bit of a shock and finacially hard. She had gone to another location initially and was treated poorly, I called the Mill creek location and spoke with the manager Gary about this experience and let me just say, he was so understanding, proffesional and was quick with options for her. She was able to come in and get her work done right away. We are very pleased with the care and consideration! Thanks so much, Gary! You're a lifesaver!

Terrible, had my mom take my 2012 Toyota Sienna to this shop, due to the vehicle having a tire sensor light on the dashboard. They inspected the tires said the back sensors need to be replaced then it will fix the issue, and that the front ones are in great condition but they would recommend replacing all 4 at the same time, spent $160 for the back sensors then the light was still there they said it just needed to be driven over 45 mph for atleast 15 mins, and if that doesn’t work they can reset fix it free of charge, I came this time and now they’re saying my front tire sensor needs to be replaced when they said it was in great condition a week ago, and it will cost an additional $96. Just trying to take as much money as they can without fixing anything, I don’t recommend this location.

I am soo grateful for ALL the nice, knowledge, helpful and outstanding people here. I had a hidden broken screw in my tire and they got me in early for my appointment, diagnosed and fixed it soo quickly. I am so incredibly grateful! They were all so nice to my dog too. Any time I ever need any wheels or tires I am coming here for sure. Can't say enough nice things about these people and my experience!

Last Monday the 23rd I had an 8:00 AM appointment and my vehicle was taken in right away. After several minutes the person assigned to my vehicle met with me to let me know that my brakes were good and that they would have the tires rotated very soon. After less than a half an hour the job was completed and I was on my way. Very happy!

Brought my 2017 Ford Fusion Energi SE in for a tire related issue. Bought a set of 4 new tires and the suggested alignment ($1000+ total). The shop called me saying the lug nuts needed to be replaced due to corrosion for $60 extra. I declined since it should be an easy change and there has never been an issue replacing them. I have rotated tires on the car for the past 40,000 miles. Never, never, never, absolutely never! have I had an issue getting the lug nuts on and off. I get the car back and go to change the lugs and surprise surprise... the 19mm socket no longer fits on ANY of the lugs.... Seriously? I declined a suggested service and suddenly all the lugs required a hammer to get the sockets on? Wow... It is an amazing coincidence. God only knows what could have happened to my alignment if I had declined to have that done. This place is shady and either does not know how to install lug nuts without damaging them, or they are okay to lose customers over a $60 service. If you damaged the nuts on install, then just admit it and replace them. Do not act like they were corroded and swollen. I will never go to this place again.

The first man helping me was knowledgeable and helpful, but the second one who called after my truck was on the lift lied to me twice trying to upsell me to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. An unsuspecting person could easily pay twice as much money than they need and have unnecessary work performed.

My appointment was so easy to schedule as I did it online. When I came in to drop off my car, I was greeted immediately upon entry by Brent and was quickly checked in for my appointment. I did not know which battery my car needed but I was assured that it was okay and they would confirm when it was being worked on. I appreciated that Brent did not show any frustration or do anything to make me feel stupid. I did not stay on site for my appointment, and received a call that my car was complete not long after I got home. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely do business with this Les Schwab again!

We had a bolt lodge in rear tire on i5 going south .We purchased the tires from Les Schwab in Mill Creek . We had the spare put on and brought the tire in the next morning .I can not express how wonderful the staff was to help us. . Service is great. All employees are polite. I had a problem with the undercarriage coming loose on my car and took a chance that they might be able to fix it. The mechanic bolted and tip-tied it an place and got the job done. They checked the alignment and said it was good; other places might have aligned it and charged me anyway. In other words, I trust Les Schwab not to oversell. This is my third time there. For the services they offer, I wouldn't go elsewhere.
