Ive been here several times and they are always punctual and pleasant to deal with. Running your own company leaves little time to fit in the tasks of vehicle maintenance, however it is part of the job. They make it easy for me here. It is greatly appreciated and will keep me returning as a customer.

I was concerned about a tire warning light. Even though I had not purchased these tires at Les Schwab, they checked my tires and did a free rotation. We have brought at least a dozen vehicles here over the years, and will continue to do so.

Ive always been a fan of Les Schwabb since my wife had a flat tire on the freeway and they pulled up on their own, offered, and then quickly swapped the tire, and aired up the spare at no charge. Never had an issue with this location and they were very friendly and professional with me today.

I was at a nearby shop getting an alignment on my 30' RV when they noticed the tires had many issues, I made a number of calls to local tire shops who seemed scared of working on an RV. I called and spoke to Kevin who was able to squeeze me in and set me up with six new tires. Kevin made the whole process very smooth. All the guys that work there were extremely polite and went out of their way to say hi or just smile as you wait. Great staff. A++ customer service.

Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin a year ago said the brakes were down to 20% (whatever that means). A month ago a cousin said he noticed dust (?) around the brakes (whatever that means). Therefore, a question formed on my mind: Do the brakes need to be replaced? To what extend? Pads? Rotors? Calipers? Master cylinder? All of the above? Most importantly, how much? Les Schwab offers free brake inspections. I took it in. Report said all good, no need to do anything. A stone off my chest.

Friendly staff. Came for a tire repair and they offered patch it for free with a wait time of 90 minutes. But mechanic got my vehicle checked within an hour and told me that tire had nail by the side which can't be patched and suggested to change tires. Offered a quote and I will go back if I don't get a better deal within a week.

I have been going to this store for 20 years. They are hands down the very best place to go. Mechanics and the customer service is top rated. Never will I go anywhere else. Great pricing, great follow up and great people. Thank you for soothing me in my car problem nightmares. Love these guys.

If you go to this store, ask for Kevin Franklin - he is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I strongly recommend this store, particularly because of the way Kevin treated me. Very short wait, even without an appointment, reasonable prices, no pushy salesmanship, overall a great experience!

Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. The only issue was we were killing time waiting for a boat inspection, and they changed to the new tires so fast we still had another two hours to kill. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I was out in my sister's car when her battery completely died. She had known several weeks before she was going to need a new battery but had not gotten around to getting one. This Les Schwab location sent a guy named Carson out to jump my sister's car. He was so nice and quick, he let us know that their store had the battery my sister needed so we followed him over to their store and waited just about an hour for the new battery. They fit us in last minute on a Saturday and we were so grateful for them! Carson, Kelly, Carolina and Kevin, thank you so much for all your help today. Great customer service

Got there for and alignment. Showed the price on line and was good with it. It was only once I got there did they try to tell me I needed an add on which would increase the cost 4x. Didn't like the bait and switch tactics. It is sad when the Audi dealership is less expensive and provides better service

I had a terrible experience here. I stood at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes while the woman working completely ignored me, loudly venting to the girl next to her—who looked right at me and still said nothing. When I was finally acknowledged, the front desk rep gave a half-hearted apology and claimed she “didn’t see me,” which was clearly not the case. I then asked the technician—Matt, I believe—if he had checked the air in all four tires. He assured me he had, but when I got into my car, the tire pressures were all over the place. Clearly, the job wasn’t done. When I called back to share my concern, the same front desk woman was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying only “I’ll let management know” with no apology or accountability. Absolutely unacceptable service. Don’t waste your time here—go to Auburn instead. At least they treat you with respect.

Who doesn't like Les Schwab? Got a flat up the street, pulled in, they had it fixed in less than half an hour. The employees were amazing. Thank you Les

Paid over $700 for a brake job and my brakes weren't properly bled and brake peddle was spongy and went to the floor. Tech didn't see a problem with that, strangely. After I insisted he bleed brakes again, brakes seemed good. Now, a couple of weeks later, my in dash brake light comes on due to low fluid. Now I'm adding brake fluid because the Les Schwab tech didn't add brake fluid after bleeding system. Unbelievable that a customer would have this level of followup for a job that should have been done expertly the first time. This Pacific St location was my "go to" for anything tire and brake related, but not after this.

Had a brake inspection done on Friday morning which found a problem. I wasn't able to do the work that day, but the tech scheduled me for first thing the following day. The work was done professionally and in a reasonable amount of time.

Amazing customer service! Brought SUV by because the TPMS light showed a tire that was low. They inspected it, found a small hole, and fixed it completely free of charge. Will absolutely purchase my next set of tires here.

For over 20 years, I’ve been a loyal Les Schwab customer — until now. I recently had brand-new tires installed on my car, replacing the stock tires on the original wheels. When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed two of the wheels had deep scratches along the rim edges, as if they’d been curbed. The new tires also showed clear scuff marks around the same area, consistent with being rubbed or damaged during installation. I brought this to the attention of the store manager, Kevin, who showed zero professionalism or concern. Instead of investigating the issue, he seemed irritated that I even mentioned it. His exact response was, “We didn’t cause any damage. Call corporate.” I explained that these were brand-new tires that had never been driven on, yet he still refused to take any responsibility, repeating that there was nothing they would do and to “call corporate.” He didn’t even offer a simple apology or show any understanding — something as basic as, “I don’t believe my employees would do this, but I’m sorry this happened and we’ll make it right.” At worst, replacing two damaged rims might cost $400–$500 — a small price to maintain the trust of a long-term, loyal customer. Instead, Les Schwab chose to lose that loyalty entirely. Corporate was no help either, telling me there was “nothing they could do.” I will never recommend this Les Schwab location to anyone, especially while Kevin remains the manager. I’ll be taking all my future business to America’s Tire, where customer service still matters.

They were very busy the day that I went in and said there was a three hour wait, but happily scheduled me for a time later in the day. When I returned, they immediately started working on my vehicle, keeping me informed of what they found, the cost to repair, and how long it would take to complete. They delivered on all counts, and did so with respect and kindness!
