I scheduled service for required maintenance and found out that the vehicle had some additional maintenance needs that the service advisor noticed. Everything was taken care of that day without an additional service call. Excellent service.

Lewis Jeep service department did a great job with my vehicle! Tramell was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process, he also offered me a complimentary vehicle wash after they finished servicing my Jeep. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Our experience with our service advisor was good! I’d recommend working with Tramell to anyone. However I would not recommend this service department. They had my vehicle an entire week. Parts were dropped off on the 3rd day after it taking 2 days to inspect and run “diagnostics”. Several issues were not addressed including a headlight facing downward that needs adjusted. This was not done. There’s an audible clunking/pop anytime a bump is hit and/or when turning— was told nothing is wrong. Therefor nothing was done about it and it’s still making the clunking noise in the front end. Was told the serpentine belt needed replaced and that this was the source of the squealing upon engine start and belt whirring noise. Belt was supposedly replaced but the squeal is just as loud, if not worse. On the final invoice they stated “customer was told elsewhere that serpentine belt needed replaced.” (This never occurred) Again, service advisor was great but one week without a vehicle for overpriced work to replace batteries, brakes and a belt while leaving additional concerns left unaddressed.. not recommended.

Great experience getting my Jeep’s check engine light fixed, Christian and the rest of the service team got the job done quickly and properly. I wasn’t sure on my extended coverage info, but Christian was extremely helpful in figuring out what would be covered vs not. They even ran it through the wash after everything was finished, I’ll definitely be returning for any of my Jeep’s needs.

Never received a call or any updates regarding my vehicle even though it was at their shop for 4 days. I had to call them every day for updates. Took the shop 3 days to get a DEF pump delivered to install. Did not have the part onsite. Also ask the technician to have the sales team contact me to discuss buying an extended warranty. Never received that call either. Prices were not good. Received the truck with no paper mats and outside dusty and dirty. I assume the work was good on why I gave 3 stars.

The service department is top notch. Special shout out to Christian, who was 100% transparent on pricing and didn’t apply any pressure. I really appreciate him for that and I will not only continue to give Lewis Jeep my business, but I recommend them all the time. It’s worth a 20 minute drive from Rogers to feel respected than to settle for the local dealership.

Christian was exceptional! He was attentive and helpful. He ordered a replacement tire, told me the time they should have it in by and confirmed when it came in. I did ask if they could make sure all air was equal and correct, which was not done, no big I was able to do that when I got home.

I cant give negative stars or I certainly would. I had my jeep for over 10 years. I took into Lewis chrysler to get some engine work done, 34 miles after getting it back it died, I tried to start it and there was an explosion under the hood which caught the compartment on fire and my jeep burnt down.. Needless to say I will never ever be doing business with them or any affiliated groups ever again!! P.s.. I had to give 1 star because they make you give atleast 1 star to post....LOL!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been using Lewis for our 2020 Dodge Ram for 5 years. Even with scheduled appointments for an oil change it takes hours. Several times they claimed the check engine light was just a software update. My husband ask them to check deeper into why this was happening because our manufacturer warranty was about to expire. Again they said it was nothing. Then one month later the serious expenses began. The DPF filter needed to be replaced. We knew that would be a cost on us. But why did it take from 9/4/25-9/25/25 to fix this. This year has been a nightmare with them. From Sept 4th- Sept 25th and then Oct 25th-Nov 26th they had our truck in their shop. Everyday was a new excuse as to why. Mechanic sick, another mechanic had to go to hospital, mechanic on vacation. The communication was terrible. We had to call everyday for an update and everyday was a new excuse. I do not have any proof of dishonesty but we did catch them on many occasions being dishonest. On a couple of occasions our extended warranty company sent people to the dealership to look at our truck and they were told the mechanic was not there. Our warranty company was also waiting many times and days on the mechanic or service advisor to respond to their request. Parts weren’t ordered in a timely manner and then they claimed once the parts (gasket) was defective. We even left message for service manager to contact us but it never happened. We will never use this company again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience from the beginning! I took my Jeep in for service and they were extremely helpful, professional and got the repair done quickly. They responded to texts very quickly as well. I’ll be going here for ALL of my maintenance service. Thanks! It’s all under warranty, so I can’t rate your pricing?

Earlier this week I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee L in for electrical service/updates. My service advisor was Mr Tramell. He is extremely professional, polite, and informative. Tramell made the experience of service seamless from start to finish. I was able to text for updates, and the team was responsive. I used the shuttle as well, excellent ride and super easy. This was a great service experience with Lewis; Mr Tramell is a great advisor and I will continue to book with him to have the same experience.

Friendly service.. BUT first visit was for an oil change and it took 2.5 hours. Express oil service should never take that long! Second visit was to have a trailer brake controller installed. Was quoted 781 for the job. 481 for the part (overpriced) and 300 for the labor (fairly priced). I found the part was discounted to 381 on the actual Mopar parts website (not a secondary parts dealer) and they would not match the discount at the dealer! On top of that, the quote i received did not include taxes OR a 3% card fee! Lets be real, card fees in 2025 is just wild... Getting upcharged for the most common form of payment? Crazy work on that guys.. Total came out to nearly $890. $100 over the quote. It should be standard to quote a price with tax and advise your customers that there would be a card fee ahead of time so they have a chance to bring cash or a check. So not only was I unable to save $100, but I spent $100 more than the quote! Two stars because despite this total disregard for my bank account, the shuttle drivers were very nice and friendly and right on time. Oh yeah. They also left a dirty sheet of plastic balled up under my seat. I think they place this in the car to protect your interior but shouldn't leave it in the vehicle. Coffee machine was not great. Mine was very watery. I did like the soda machine and little popcorn flavors. Had plenty of time to try all of it during my 2.5 hour oil change!

Work was done quickly, but had to bring it back immediately because the computer wasn’t reset correctly and a lot of features didn’t work. They fixed that quickly too. Price was high, as expected, but extra fee added in that”everyone has to pay “ even though their explanation of what it was for didn’t apply to my car, was exorbitant. About what I expected from a dealer service area. $740 to find and fix one broken wire. Guys were nice enough though.

Christian at Lewis Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram provided truly exceptional service. Our vehicle was towed in, inspected, and repaired, and from start to finish Christian was on top of everything. His communication was excellent -he kept us informed every step of the way, explained exactly what was happening with the vehicle, and made sure it was being properly fixed so we could confidently use it again. He helped us from the very first step and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. We're extremely happy with the experience and very grateful for his professionalism and care.

I was dealing with an Insurance related repair due to a MVA. Tramell was the advisor handling my service and Frankie was the technician. Tramell was amazing at communicating everything with me and checking in periodically. Very professional and friendly. Frankie did an amazing diagnostic write up on my vehicle and didn’t miss anything. He also found some things that I wasn’t even aware had been affected in the MVA. They are amazing at what they do and I am so grateful to have had them handling things for me! Tramell was on vacation the day I needed to pick up my vehicle so Chris (another advisor) stated he was standing in for Tramell, and he would have their shuttle come pick up myself AND my kids. Their porter Kim came to Gentry to pick us up and was so kind and friendly and even chatted with my kids on the way to the dealership. She parked the shuttle next to my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to walk across the parking lot with my kids and the car seats. What a great team they have working there! I cannot ask for better! I’ll even add that I was waiting for rental car confirmation unrelated to Lewis, and their finance team got my toddler some snacks and talked with me to help kill time and offered me another space upstairs to allow my toddler to run around a little. If you have to go to a dealership service dept, I highly recommend using Lewis Chrysler Dodge in Fayetteville! Hands down GREAT experience!

The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is the pricing (pretty expensive). Service, the people and the system used was 5 stars. My service advisor Tramell was great. Good communication, friendly, everything was completed that he said would be and on time. The notify by text system was nice, both communicating with the advisor and seeing what's recommended by the technician/mechanic with the price correlated right with it. We will see if the EVAP/ESIM sensor and valve problems have gone away in the truck, a bit rare check engine light issue I thought. Especially with only 60k miles 3.5 yr old truck. (This could effect the review if the problems aren't solved. But it also could be more of a manufacturing and brand issue with the build & quality of parts chosen by corporate. Not the local service dept I'm reviewing). Pricing was woooaah, dealerships are still SKY high on parts and labor. I do hope and feel the labor is worth it as the techs should be well trained & certified and really the only ones that know & have access to the proprietary software and tools required for the vehicle brand. 4 out 5 stars. Overall Thanks!

Ordering, painting an installation of side steps or running boards on our 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle. They turned out fantastic. Installation and painting turned out great. I am very impressed with Kal our sales rep, Christian the service manager who kept us informed on most every step. My 93 year old mother really appreciates them also. Doesn’t have to use a step stool to get in and out anymore. Thanks to all Rick
