Overall, my experience was quick and friendly. I did not take advantage of all they offer, such as a loaner vehicle or pickup services, but it's good to know that those extra services are available. LexTechs is GREAT!! First, the customer service is absolutely first rate! I went to get an oil change and tire rotation for my Lexus…after bringing in my car, I was given a ride in their courtesy vehicle to work, was updated throughout the day as to the status of my car, and when my car was completed, they sent a courtesy car to my job to pick me up. MUCH thanks and appreciation to my service advisor James Fisher who PERSONALLY made sure I was in my car and ready to go even after the shop had closed!! I also LOVE the La Croix sparkling water!

Just to preface… I was fully planning to return as a customer until Dustin blamed poor communication on me dropping my truck off early. I was asked to drop off my truck at closing the day prior to my appointment so they could hop on it Tuesday. I needed rear brakes replaced. Tuesday comes around and they say it’ll be Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and I get no info until I call twice. Then I’m told it will now be Thursday. I said that’s not okay for me since I’m using Uber to get around while my truck is in the shop. James made sure they got it finished right at closing which was great. I got my truck back Wednesday around 545, and I was good to go. Dustin reached out to me asking how service went, and I replied that communication could’ve been better since they knew they needed to order something, yet never told me. I understand things happen, but if you’re going to reach out and ask how it went, and I replied communication could’ve been better, but other than that, I didn’t need any kind of compensation. Dustin replied by telling me he saw that I dropped my truck off early on Monday and that was on me I guess. Even though I was instructed to drop my truck off at closing on Monday. I don’t think it’s cool to reach out asking for feedback and then send me a bunch of excuses, one of them being to blame me for dropping my truck off on Monday when that’s exactly what I was instructed to do. I feel like if that’s how they respond to feedback then I’m afraid they would probably hide a mistake on actual work performed which makes me apprehensive to return. If a normal brake job is going to take three days of work then I feel like you should be upfront about that. That’s literally all I asked for, and I was met with what I took to be rude excuses.

had a kinda obscure issue with the accelerator pedal on my 2006 ES330, my local mechanic said “I’ve never seen this before in my life.” He referred me to LexTechs to diagnose the problem (they were also recommended by 2 friends of mine). It’s stressful to have 0 diagnosis about a repair on an older vehicle and LexTechs not only diagnosed it immediately, but was professional and communicative through the entire process. When I arrived to pay for my repair, the grand total was just above my debit card limit (I have a small local credit union) and needed to go to my bank in-person to authorize the payment, at which point LexTechs offered to give me a ride to & from my bank. They truly went above & beyond all expectations and completely alleviated all stress every step of the way. My first experience proved to me they are unrivaled. This is a peerless company.

They take photos of your car before any diagnostics and also take photos of any abnormalities, prioritize most pertinent repairs/ recommendations, and have multiple modes of communication- if you can’t hop on the phone they can text. Brought in my vehicle and talked with Devon, he was extremely courteous and professional! Devon even gave me advice over the phone and told me to bring it in and actually thought it could be a simple problem but it needed to be checked in, no worries, it was the fact he was willing to assist me and go that extra mile. After a few days the problem was solved and my vehicle drove as the day I brought it! The cost wasn't nearly as much as I had been quoted at another repair shop (because they misdiagnosed the problem). If you need a diagnostic take your Lexus to the experts because they specialize in these vehicles and the diagnostic fee is waived if you have the work done at LexTex, lesson leaned !

I know something was not right with my 2020 Toyota 4Runner. After multiple trips to my normal Toyota dealerships to check it out, I always got the same answer… “we ran diagnostics and checked it over and see nothing wrong. The sounds you hear are normal for a vehicle this old.” Since when is a 6 year old car considered old? I had used LexTechs years ago when I lived in Decatur and decided to get another opinion. Good thing I did!! They found multiple items that needed repairs. They were able to order the necessary parts and immediately start the repairs. Although some of the noises are still there, I feel so much better knowing they found and fixed some major issues. Thank you all for your awesome and timely service! They have my business from now on. Seems Toyota just no longer cares.

Their customer service is truly top-notch, and I always feel confident, safe, and secure when I drive my car off their lot. I’m also grateful for the coupons they offer, which really help save money on car repair needs. They always check on you to make sure you’re good — now that’s real damn customer service. They definitely get 5 stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐UPDATE January 15,2026 ❤️ I am truly thankful for Lextechs of Atlanta (Decatur location), especially Dustin. I initially planned to take an Uber home after dropping off my car and then take another Uber back to pick it up. After reading about an Uber driver who raped and killed a mother, it really shook me. I hate that such a tragedy happened, and it made me reflect on safety. I know everyone doesn’t have a choice and sometimes Uber or Lyft is necessary—I’ve used them myself in the past. I’m saying this to say how grateful I am that Lextechs of Atlanta provided shuttle service for me. They took me home and later picked me up to retrieve my car, which gave me real peace of mind. On top of that, I receive great service every single time I take my car there. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.
