Had to replace a battery in my wife's vehicle. So off to Longo Lexus we went. Only Lexus oem parts go in our vehicles and now I'm following that same rule when it comes to batteries. As a matter of fact, the cost of the battery was actually cheaper than the usual auto parts stores who no longer pro rate batteries. As is typical Longo, service was outstanding and the parts dept guys were helpful and professional. And after the Lexus side remodel, its an outstanding place to be and shop. All five star encounters and I wouldn't expect anything less.

The most enjoyable service experience ever! We had a flat tire the night before and went to a neighborhood pep boys but they couldnt replace RF (Run Flat) tires on our Lexus Ux250h. We were being hopeless but we gave a shot to call in Longo Lexus, and they gladly told us to do an emergency walk-in. We arrived and we could easily request for a tire replacement without any appointment. Friendly staff, clean office space to hang, and everything was just an enjoyable experience. Would definitely visit again soon for any service or repair

This review is for the Services Dept. I took my car in for maintenance. I was only to have the oil change but the service advisor told me that if I didn't' get the more expensive recommended service package, the manufacturer warranty would be voided. Actually the warranty will not be voided. I also spoke to Lexus Headquarters about this and I was correct. Other than that, the service experience was fine.

If you like working on your own Lexus then you need to shop parts through Longo. Their prices are unbeatable (but perhaps matchable depending on the mood if your local dealer). If they don't have the part in stock it will be there within the day. Only advice is to call before ordering the part unless you have the exact part number. The website descriptions can be confusing so call with your VIN. You'll still have to order through the website because online prices are significantly less than phone orders.

Not only is he excellent at what he does—fast, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable—but what really sets him apart is his honesty. In a world where some mechanics can upsell or exaggerate issues, Robin has always been straightforward and sincere. He tells you exactly what's going on with your car, what needs to be done (and what can wait), and gives solid advice. I’ve trusted him with my Lexus for the past four years and never had a single issue. Now that I’m selling my car, I’m going to miss having him as my go-to. Kelly is extremely helpful and the experience was very good!I went to the car dealership twice. The staff I dealt with were the same two times before. Because I needed to contact a third-party insurance company, he didn't want to help me. Kelly, however, managed to sort things out for me within a few hours. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service experience I had at your Lexus Service and Parts Center on January 10, 2026, at approximately 10:30 AM. Upon my arrival, I waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone even approached me or acknowledged my presence. There was no explanation, no greeting, and no attempt to provide assistance during that time. When a staff member finally spoke with me and learned that my vehicle had 4,900 miles and was there for its first scheduled maintenance, I was immediately told that I did not have an appointment and was instructed to leave and make an online appointment, or alternatively, to go to another dealership for service. This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like to clearly ask: • Does your service center not accept walk-in customers at all? • Is the 2-year / 25,000-mile complimentary maintenance no longer honored without a prior online appointment? • Is it standard practice to turn away customers after making them wait for 30 minutes, instead of offering any solution or assistance? At no point did the staff member attempt to check availability, offer a wait-time estimate, or provide any customer-oriented alternative. The interaction made me feel dismissed and unwelcome as a Lexus customer. Lexus promotes a premium ownership and service experience. Unfortunately, what I experienced that morning was the complete opposite and fell far below the standards I expect from the Lexus brand. I hope this matter is taken seriously and reviewed internally. I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding your walk-in policy and how complimentary maintenance services are supposed to be handled.
