I don't give out five star reviews willy-nilly, with that being said I have been a client of Triple C life safer interlock on and off for many years. This time around I am a customer of his for 10 full years and have been for 4 so far. I vetted all of the facilities in the Snohomish county area and Charles at Triple C is by far the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional interlock technician out there. He can install in 99.9% of the vehicles on the road without issues or scratching his head. I've had an interlock installed on a push button start vehicle and he just shrugged and said "no problem" He has two full service bays and is frequently operating them simultaneously as to get us, the client out on the road again. Over the years because of his professional and friendly demeanor we have become friends. He never takes advantage of us as clients even though we are often in between a rock and a hard place requiring this service. I highly recommend Charles/Triple, C Life Safer to anyone having to go through this rough time. You won't be sorry.

LifeSafer has been the worst experience in terms of customer service. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone—no one answers the phone, responds to emails, or monitors their online chat. The only time they were quick was when it came to collecting payment during sign-up. On a positive note, Alex, the service technician, has been fantastic—honest, kind, and reliable. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the company. They have failed to reflect my payments online, despite my paying in full for four consecutive months. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. This has been a tough lesson for me. While I accept responsibility for needing an IID, LifeSafer has made the process a nightmare. I hope I never have to go through this again, but for anyone else in a similar situation, I strongly advise choosing a different company.
