LifeSafer has been the worst experience in terms of customer service. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone—no one answers the phone, responds to emails, or monitors their online chat. The only time they were quick was when it came to collecting payment during sign-up.
On a positive note, Alex, the service technician, has been fantastic—honest, kind, and reliable. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the company. They have failed to reflect my payments online, despite my paying in full for four consecutive months. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating.
This has been a tough lesson for me. While I accept responsibility for needing an IID, LifeSafer has made the process a nightmare. I hope I never have to go through this again, but for anyone else in a similar situation, I strongly advise choosing a different company.
