This was a regular car wash in my neighborhood that I go to on regular basis, but the gentleman that sits in the building has gotten to be annoying and aggressive. I was there washing my car and then I had to take a business call so I sat there for 2 1/2 minutes on my phone. He came over yelling and screaming at me. Then I ignored him while I was still on important phone call and I roll down my window and explain to him and he still continue to scream and yell I told him he has lost a long time customer.

Stopped in to wash my truck and was pleasantly surprised to no longer see vagrants and addicts taking over the bays.noticed new cameras to keep every bay and lot safe.while washing my truck i spoke to the new owner that just purchased the car wash in November and he's cleaned the place up already plus upgraded all the wash systems.owner was on site and an extremely nice guy that's already made a bunch of great changes.if you can't fit in a auto wash this is a great place and alot safer than it has been in 15+ years

Been coming here for years, without any issues. It's Sunday afternoon around 1pm when I arrived with every bay empty. Pulled into bay and was about to finish my phone call when the attendant starts yelling at me and pointing at the sign that I need to wash my car or go. I said I was on phone and about to wash my car. He said he didn't care and to either wash or leave. If he wasn't such an a$$hole about it, I would had finished my phone call and washed my car. So, I left and will never return.

Listen, I usually love going here to get my SUV clean, its quick and easy. BUT today there's an old guy in a blue jacket just standing there stinking up the air with his nasty cigarette. I waited in hopes he would go away but he kept walking around like 10 feet away with his cancer stick staring. I don't want my car smelling like an ashtray so I left without cleaning my car. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't know if he works there or not but if he does, can he keep his nasty cigarettes away from customers please?

This is a great self service car wash. It takes credit cards which is always a bonus. The water pressure is strong so it does a good job getting the car clean and it is usually between $3 and $5 when I go to wash my car. It's clean and feels safe.

Terrible place I was on the phone less then 10mins about to vacuum my car and they told me I have to leave if I'm not gonna vacuum my car which is why I'm here. Never coming back won't get my money

came here this afternoon to wash my vehicle. none of the days were taken so I pulled into the first one. I use a few paper towels to scrub my windshield free of all the dead bugs. while doing this some guy that works there came up to me and stated I was not allowed to do anything except wash my vehicle in there. I explained to him that I was just getting the dead bugs off of the windshield prior to washing my vehicle because their water pressure does not clean the windshield good enough. I explained all this to him and he still proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to scrape my windshield prior to starting to wash my vehicle. I asked him if he didn't want my business then I would go elsewhere and he accused me of giving him a hard time. it was always a convenient place to stop and do a self-service car wash, however after being treated like that I will never go back there.

Some toothless guy leaf blowing told me to turn my music off when no one else was even there.. mind you it wasn't even loud... and who cares if I play my music while I wash my truck. I'm spending money. I shouldn't be told what to do for a self washing station. Should of opened up a real car wash if your going to tell your customers what to do.

I came to vacuum my car and I noticed my tire pressure was low. The owner saw my distress and hooked up an air compressor for me and helped me out. There was no charge, he was just being kind. He mentioned that he recently took over the business and is working hard to improve and maintain all of the equipment at the car wash. His business deserves to be supported.

The best DYI car wash in the county! That’s for three reasons: 1. It has the highest water pressure 2. When you use a credit card it charges you for how long you use the wash at the end. You don’t have to continuously run back to the unit to ask for more time. No beeping with one minute left - and 3. The owner Ben is a good guy who looks to continually improve the facility. When looking for a great do-it-yourself car wash go to Lighthouse on Tyrone.

Was hoping to have a good experience here because it said under new management however when I got there there were not only vacuum machines down but when I tried to use the wash it charged my card 10 dollars when it was supposed to be $3 and it never worked and turned on so $10 down the drain as well as no wash. I will avoid this place going further and go to Tommy's Express or The car wash place on US 19. So disappointed.

Recently the ownership changed, and the new company has upgraded the equipment and switched to high-quality soap and car cleaning chemicals. The bays are always clean, and the property is well maintained. I bring both my boat and cars here highly recommend

Not a good place to go, I went there to watch my vehicle, and I was sitting around back waiting for it to dry off to inspect the tires, and as I thought, they were still dirty the chemicals you have don't work very well so I was going to go to the auto parts store to get the chemicals I need and come back, but before that I wanted to vacuum it out, and the guy you have watching a little place came out and gave me a hard time cuz I was taking too long, first of all I'm disabled I have degenerative disc disease, and because of the rack that's on top of my vehicle I can't use the automated car washes, and because of my disability I'm in a lot of pain and it takes me awhile to get things done, but after his approach I said if you really like it I can go somewhere else, and his response was good, I won't be back and I will not recommend

I was having an issue paying with my card, the owner happened to show up when this was happening & he was more than happy to assist me . He showed me which settings to use & when for the best results. He even refunded me $5 even though it because of user error lol . He really went above & beyond for me. The brushes & soaps all worked great & my truck got really clean. I will definitely be returning just because of how the owner treated me. He mentioned he recently took over ownership & was working hard to make it better. Having an owner there that is hands on & helps out the customers says a whole lot. Support this business , it’s hard to find good people that own good businesses!

Multiple vacuums, and multiple wash bays were out of order. The vacuum that did work, couldn't pick up anything that my normal home vacuum is able to get. Don't bother. Go elsewhere. **Reply** - this place is obviously not cared for, and in a state of disrepair. Not an instance of "Oops, vacuum broke.". For the record, I went down the road and used a vacuum that worked great, for $0.25 less. Thanks for your pleasant response though. 🤣😂

This is a great little car wash. When you hit the wax switch, you actually get wax. I have a new 2025 blue Silverado. It looked great out of the showroom.But birds seemed like to poop on it. The car wash did a great job cleaning it up.
