That did a fantastic job detailing my Jeep inside and out! I had two large dogs so I dropped it off full of pet hair, mudddy paw prints, etc. They were able to get basically all of the hair out and my interior looked almost new! Will definitely use again.

They did an alright job on the interior left cleaning residue that I needed to clean up. But after driving home I realized that they broke my radio all the buttons on the front dont work properly and after seeing all the extra residue it looks like they doused the radio and chemicals seeped into the buttons causing them to short out. I tried working with them to fix the issue and they told me that they would not help so now I'm stuck paying another $200 on top of the $200 that the detail costed me to replace the radio.

TL;DR. I had a really poor experience. They barely cleaned my truck, made a weak apology, and tried to make amends by offering a 10% discount. I was in a hurry...otherwise I would have demanded a proper cleaning, and not paid. Bought a used F-150 Super Crew, and booked an interior detail of it 1.5 weeks in advance over 4th July 2020. Showed up to pick up the truck, and it was nowhere near complete. They had quickly vacuumed the interior and done a superficial wipe down, maybe 1 hour’s work, probably less. It was 15 minutes before closing. Pointed out all of the gross areas inside the truck, and the manager apologized and said that they had “missed the final inspection”. He called over one of his guys and the two of them spent 15 minutes doing a quick job with wipes and cleaner while I waited in my car. I should have walked away and left it with them to do the job right...but I was in a hurry. They offered a 10% discount, but I still paid almost $200 for a job I could have done in 1-2 hours. Incredibly low quality job. I hope they serve their other patrons better. My recommendation...use a different detailing shop. NOT this one.
