I truly appreciate Zay, he is awesome! He made time for me on the weekend when he is otherwise closed for business. He arrived at my home, on the fly, and when I met him in the parking lot he had already checked my brake shoes and removed debris from under my car, which I had mistaken for a possible broken skid plate. He listened attentively to my concerns, then he popped the trunk and he inspected wires, fluids, belts, plugs, battery and etcetera. He turned the vehicle on to check the timing and vibrations. He let me know what needed immediate attention and what did not. He also was upfront and helpful about what I could afford. We devised a maintenance plan which suits my needs. In the end, he called AutoZone to request the item I needed, picked it up from the store, telephoned me that he was back in the lot working. A little over an hour later he called that he had finished with new brakes and a new hubcap. We had a test drive and an overview and I was good to go. I can now finally hit the road again, and he has a new loyal customer. Thanks Zay!
