Rip off, not only overcharge by 8 times more of what an honest shop would charge, but also don't do all the work that they are supposed to do on your vehicle. I feel like they take advantage of people. They are overcharging to get more on commissions. Find an alternative. Do not give your money to these people. This is just my opinion.

Revised Review: My experience with the Lithia service department has significantly improved after my recent visit. The team is often swamped, which can lead to delays and miscommunications about the estimated completion times. This is further complicated by the inherent complexities of auto repair, such as ordering parts and waiting for deliveries. I found that phone communication can be challenging, so I recommend visiting the service center in person. Once I was physically present, the process accelerated noticeably! Initial Review: My initial experience with the service department was less than satisfactory. They had my car for an extended period of over two weeks for a routine transmission fluid change. My calls went unanswered, and the final cost exceeded the original quote for the job. This was a disappointing experience.

262905 Daniel Castillo if you get him as a service advisor RUN or at least request a different one. I wish I had looked at his notes closer. Lied on service records and never kept good communication. Never called back or told me that the tech broke things that should have been repaired properly. I would have paid to fix things properly if told up front.

Chris was my service rep & he was great. Since he has left my service went to hell. I live in Bryan and drive 30 miles to Sterling Jeep in Navasota. 8 spent 25 years in the car business and have a good understanding of what is done correctly and what is not. I will never go back to Lithia.

Have to come here for oil changes and the wait to get an oil change is unreal. First oil change that I had gotten here I was really upset because I just washed my truck a couple days before and when my truck was returned to me, there was oily hand prints and arm smudges on the front quarter panels of my white truck. And again the wait here for an oil change is ridiculous. If I didn’t have to come get my oil changed here I wouldn’t. I’d much rather do it at home and get it done in way less time. Techs have no regard for your vehicle and no regard for time. If you do have to get an oil change done here, make sure to come as soon as they open otherwise you’re more than like going to be waiting all day for something that takes 30 minutes.

I had a really bad experience with Daniel Castillo. I took my truck there with some issues with my truck and it sat in the shop when I paid for a rental car all week and they told me nothing was wrong with it. They didn’t diagnose it and just said everything is fine. I picked up truck and it still had the same problem. I let Daniel Castillo know it wasn’t fixed and he said it was normal. A few days later I noticed it still wasn’t running right and tried to get a hold of Daniel and got no response for a week. Very disappointed with Daniel Castillo of lack of knowledge about vehicle repairs and not being more attentive to his customers. I will not take my truck back to this dealership again.

Daniel was our guy. Our guy that had us bring our car back in because the windshield was finally in so we could get it replaced. This was supposed to be a week long fix that turned into almost 2 months. Im grateful for the loaner during this time and all the extra stuff they found that was wrong. However, we were not told there would be a 200.00 deductible from the beginning.. and even that wasn't that bad, but my windshield isn't fixed and we were told it was there and being fixed multiple times. It was not!!!! We lost a month worth of wages due to my husband not being able to Uber.
